Pulled up at 10:30 to try the brand new shrimp because I’m pescatarian , and I love Zaxby’s but unfortunately I pulled up to the drive through which were full of customers and was told they only have chicken tenders toast and fries , and I ask why if if they closed at 11 pm she said not sure in a non caring way. I do understand being in the service industry and being ready to go home however customers are always priority Because of your employees neglect I’m not able to get any food after a long day and shift at work myself . You should be teaching your employees especially the young ones about work ethics & customer service . imagine how many customers your company lost tonight because of your night shift neglect , and how much money your company is losing in sales each month because of your team neglect . I live close by so I hope to see a change soon . Zaxby’s use to be on the same Level as chick fil a , unfortunately I see it’s in the tier of McDonald’s and Taco Bell when it comes to customer service .

Zaxby's in most zalads I would say I love them. However your new Chinese zalads was slimy,The rolls were great it was just the salad. Sorry.I'll still order salads to just not that one.

I guess giving people what they asked for is not a thing at this location.I ordered Sweet tea extra ice… hardly any ice and my tea is warm . When I told her I wanted extra ice and handed her the cup back she told me she would give me and extra cup of ice. The cup was tiny, hardly any ice in it. Am I supposed to construct a new drink driving down the road??? Spicy Zax sauce….received non!! Absolutely zero season salt on the fries! I would be ok with these mistakes and just except them if they are swamped. I was the only car there both inside and out!!! Your employees need to understand that I order it the way I want it. They don’t get to decide for me how I want my food!! Do better !!!!

OMG, the back kitchen can't read the orders, the GM has to take order as the line is to the door and soda machine is down AGAIN. This is my 4time here in 2 weeks and will be my last. Food is OK if it's done right. But getting it right is a challenge with this group.
This is the second time I’ve been to this location where I walk in, go to the front cashier, and I’m told they’re doing drive-through only.

This place doesn’t even deserve a star!!!I first went through the drive thru and was told that it was mobile orders only.I then make a mobile order that said it was be ready before closing time!!! I go through the drive thru - was asked “ is this a mobile order” I reply “yes” and was asked my name- then was told sorry I can’t make your order, we are closed. I then responded that their business hours are until 10 PM and it is before 10pm? The lady then told me that they ran out of product.If you were out of product , why not inform me of that rather than saying “ mobile order only “I would not recommend going here! I am highly disappointed. Now I am on the search for something else to feed my family!So inconvenient.

We we're visiting Georgia and decided to try Zaxby's, as we do not have them in AZ. It will be my first and last time. Starting with the service, it was terrible. The employees were rude, our order was incorrect and we were missing items. The food was about average price for fast food but overpriced for the quality. The chicken was decent and their house sauce was tasty. The fries however were cold, soggy and undesirable. Not on my list to try again.
