I can't speak to her service, so I'll just leave it at 3 stars, but I thought I'd make it known the kind of character you're depending on to follow-through on your event.

Mrs. Tammy did my wedding this past weekend and it was AMAZING. The food was amazing; I had so many people come up to tell me how delicious the food was. We had tri-tip and chicken marsala, green beans, mashed potatoes, caesar salad, and a dinner roll. Mrs. Tammy also made the groom's cake to look like a Dr. Pepper can. I also had compliments on this and it was delicious! One of the best cakes ever. She also helped me with some decorating and it exceeded my expectations. I could not have pictured my wedding to go any more perfect. It was a great experience and she did a wonderful job!

Tammy Anderson and her wonderful team made our wedding day a great success! The food was delicious and there was more than plenty to go around. We ordered the tri-tip beef roast and the herb-roasted grilled chicken breast as our meats and boy were they delicious! I'm always wary of ordering chicken breast because more often than not, it's dry. Not this time! The chicken was so juicy and moist. We had plenty of sides to include rice pilaf, green beans, corn, mashed potatoes, dinner rolls, and so much more. We also had heavy hors d'oeuvres and lobster bisque and salad.

My husband and I went to Tammy with specific cakes for our wedding. She did EXACTLY what we wanted and then some!! The cakes were set-up exactly how they were supposed to be. Our guests were overwhelmed by the way both cakes captured our individual personality and "bridged" them together. We could NOT have been happier with Tammy and her AMAZING creations in design and flavor. They are abosoluty DELICIOUS!! Tammy and her staff were professional and had everything in hand throughout the event. Tammy is the most rude and obnoxious person. She lacks professionalism and tact. She did a wedding for my family and guests complained that not only was she short and frazzled with guests but she was down right mean, condescending & disrespectful to her staff. We do not recommend this company and we will NEVER use her again. If you can't even be professional and respectful of your staff how can I trust you to be respectful with my guests. My sister is getting married in 8 months and the only suggestion she's sure of at this point, is that this company (Anderson's bakery & catering) will NOT be used. Consumer beware. Tammy is not an individual you want around your guests!

My fiance and I went to do a consult with Tammy August 16' time frame for our October 21st 2017 wedding. Initially we wanted her to do the food and our cupcakes and a two or three tiered cake for us to cut into as well. As we went over the pricing of the food and menus it turns out that it was a little more expensive than I was expecting, but I did tell her that I was wanting her to still do my cupcakes and cake and she agreed to it and told me to get in touch with her after
