Put order in online. Go to pick up area. Grab my food. Everything seems to be good. Till I looked at my food. Kings Hawaiian was nothing but sauce and lettuce. The bun was burnt so bad I thought it was a chocolate chip cookie. Brisket still hardly any meat. Took it back for a refund.

I get a large steamer on wheat with no lettuce.Employees didn’t even know if they were open or not when I asked at 7:30 PM because the open sign was not on in the window.Sandwich was a $15 piece of trash and that’s where it went!I will absolutely not be back to this one!

The chicken parm sub was a big letdown compared to the last sub we tried from Firehouse. The chicken balls are too firm and the sandwhich as a whole was salty. -- I don't think this was anything that the people working here did - just a subpar sub. -- Others from here have been good though.

This Firehouse location does not have their act together for phone in orders. They don’t answer the phone and when they do they put you on hold. This has happened multiple times. Not giving them my business anymore

Let me start that I love Firehouse. But this one needs help. They were Out of multiple items; Tea, Coke, meatballs, onions, napkins. No liners in the trash cans which were out on the floor open along with the empty tea container on the floor empty. Mats rolled up next to the door. It appears that they had just opened early only to find out they had been open for an hour and a half. Only four customers including ourselves were in the building. Two sets of customers left while we were there. Sandwiches were cold and bread was stale.

This is by far the WORST firehouse I’ve ever been to. The food is fine and tastes like any other Firehouse, but the staff is not professional and their eat in area is typically closed with some excuse as to why they had to close it. Part that stinks is that it is the closest to my house and have to go out of my way to another location to avoid this one.
