Horrible customer service. I was told by one of the employees if I didn't like how he made the pizza I'd advice you not to come back. The bottom of my pizza and cinnamon bread was burnt. Leaving a nasty taste in my mouth after I woke from a nap. I will not be going back. I would not advice anyone to go to this pizza place. THE PIZZA WAS DISGUSTING AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.

The worst pizza I have ever had. The crust was both under done on bottom and burnt on top. I had a margarita pizza. Simple and should taste like tomato, basil and mozzarella. This pizza had no flavor other than harsh acidity and burnt food.I couldn’t finish a single piece.

Delicious pizza and good garlic knots. Waited a little while but overall a good experience. Nice alternative to when you don’t want the big 3 (dominos papa johns Pizza Hut)

my fiance and i have recommended this place to some of our friends. its our go-to pizza place. the pizza crust is charred which we like but if you don't, there's your heads up. he loves the koran bbq wings and the cinnamon bread is surprisingly really good. i pretty much only see college aged kids working. they're nice and get my order right so i have no complaints. only 4 stars cause i use to live 40mins from nyc so its just cause its not exactly like the pizza from area, but it is good!

Im from out of town so I stopped in and ordered a meaty pizza I was the o my one there. My pizza was made in mins and too me. I looked great and tasted awesome. I love pizzeria pizza. I would take a Pizzeria over Domino’s or Pizza Hut any day. Five stars from me.

Overall this is a solid option at a reasonable price. My usual order is a specialty pizza, half salad, and a soda. It's a lot, and comes out to about 20 dollars. I think because the specialty pizzas have so many toppings on them, it doesn't get to quite finish cooking in time, but the dough that isn't covered by toppings is already pretty scorchy, so you do unfortunately end up with a situation where the crust is nice and carbonized, but the dough underneath is cooked, but still a bit on the soft side. I think if you got a 1 topping pizza this problem would be alleviated entirely. It seems to be related to how it's a real fire with a rotating platform that cooks the pizza. Overall, I'm pretty happy with this place, although the two times I've gone it's been fairly quiet. Genuinely unsure why, I've had good experiences both times I've gone here.

My first time trying but my both my pizzas was so burnt to the point it was inedible. I didn't realize until I got home and opened the pizza box. I was so disappointed but didn't want to drive all the way back to the store. $57 gone to waste

On my visit, I was impressed with how well organized and run the place was. The two young men working were friendly and attentive. The service was excellent and the pizza matched.

My husband and I purchased a Groupon to this place for pizza so we figured why not? Let's go try it. When we went there Lauren was the manager there who was so helpful, kind, mature and professional for her age. Typically, kids today do not want to work or they have attitudes. She was the opposite. What a breath of fresh air. The pizza is so good because you get to dictate your toppings and how much sauce you want, how much cheese you want, etc. Great casual place. Pizza took like 2 minutes to cook at 1000 degrees temperature. Definitely going back!!

We are new to the area and I have tried many pizza places, particularly brick oven. There’s a method and a proper way to do it to ensure a tasteful experience. This place burns the pizza, period. 1000 degrees is right, the pizza comes out looking like it was legitimately on fire as it was mostly blackened. We got a cheese pizza, cheese sticks, and Buffalo and “crimson heat” (like Thai Chili/ sweet heat) wings. The pizza is straight up burnt. The whole edge around was burnt to a crisp, all the black parts of the crust crumbling away into powder. Even on the bottom edge, where it wasn’t burnt black, contained an acrid, bitter, carbon flavor, essentially ruining everything else. The cheese was nicely toasted however, and the sauce was fine, nothing special about it. We didn't eat all of the pizza and we’re a family of 4 with two young children. The cheese sticks were the best part and the only reason I have elevated this review above 1 star. They weren’t burnt and the herbs and spices they use (I believe thyme and rosemary) were great. The marinara is bottled garbage and tastes disgusting. The wings were just meh. The chicken didn’t taste fresh, probably frozen or had been in a fridge for a while before using them. Like the pizza, they were pretty severely burned on some edges. The Buffalo sauce isn’t spicy at all but is a watery, more vinegary type of sauce so it didn’t have any depth of flavor and slid off the burnt wings. My wife is an avid Buffalo sauce wings fan and stopped eating them after 2. The crimson heat were much better in flavor and quite spicy in comparison so we did eat all of those. Those were pretty good.Overall, we will not be returning and likely will never go back to another 1000 Degrees.

Service was great! The young lady that was there really took care of us. But when she asked what kind of sauce we wanted and gave us the option of "mac and cheese", I was appauled. I mean c'mon, mac and cheese on pizza?? Where I come from which is NYC, if you ask for mac and cheese on your pizza, you would most likely get thrown out of the joint. But all in all, it was a nice experience!

For a guy who NEVER eats Pizza, this place makes an amazing pie. You direct the ingredients and it is ready to eat in 2 minutes. Not only is it entertaining but it has amazing flavor and consistency!
