If I could give zero stars I would. This has been my neighborhood Applebees for over 10 years and the service I experienced tonight was beyond terrible. I sat at a table with my family for over 40 mins before my drink order could be taken. The server for our section walked past our table multiple times. Offered desserts to another table and even went to clean off an empty table and still never greeted us. I had to have my brother alert the manager just so that we could order drinks. After that our drinks sat at the bar for 10 mins getting watery. Food came out about 25 mins afterwards. Maybe they’re short on staff again but they’ve been short of staff before and service was never this bad. They definitely need stronger servers. I watched 3 families walk back out after standing at the door for over 10 minutes with no service. This was totally unacceptable. If you’re looking for a job serving please apply here. They need help desperately.

Took advantage of the the 50 cent wing deal..they put out food on table and began to explain after our food was in front of us they were out out the sides we ordered.wasnt bad service but it crossed me funny.seems like no communication with kitchen or more likely bad management.all they comped was what they didn't have.....the aggravation is worth more especially when having a family dinner out of your own home that you normally do all the cooking.thats the point you eat out once in a blue moon.service was great.town center at Cobb needs management

We stopped at Applebee's on our way to TN. Our server, Kathy E. was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond for our party of 4. She was attentive to our needs and brought us things without even having to ask for them (extra napkins and refills). Overall, our food was a bit over salted, but Kathy made up for that with her sweetness. Thank you for the extra lemons for my tea ?

It took the server about 30 minutes just to get 2 salads before the food and someone seats at the bar after we got seated yes I know she is young and joking around with the kitchen crew. I used cook so I know how it goes but even for her to take out drink order took awhile for us to get the drinks. All we order was water and sweet tea but it still took a minute to get them. I am trying to figure out why it takes so long to make 2 small house salads.

Got the penne pasta with the honey chicken and they literally drenched the whole plate in honey you couldn’t even taste the Alfredo sauce on the pasta there was a cup of honey left at the bottom of the plate I didn’t even want to take all of it home. Too
Extremely cold in the restaurant, food was cold and even after the food was brought back hot, it tasted mediocre at best. The manager at the time was extremely nice and helpful, Zyana was her name and she did the best she could to fix the situation. Will not return but thank you Zyana for your efforts.

If I could rate no stars for food I would have. On 02/17/2024 at around 1:30 or so I order a full rack of ribs and so did my aunt. We got our COLD ribs about 20 mins later and she could not even cut hers with a knife. Mine was no better as the meat was stuck to the bone and like beef jerky. So the waitress came over and she agreed that they were way over cooked. Mean while our other 2 guest were eating and almost done when our new racks of ribs came out with no new garlic potatoes with our new rack of ribs, that was an extra 8 mins wait on those. As we waited we decided to see if these ribs were any better and slightly better but still way over cooked. So we had a planned event to go to and had to be there by a certain time so we ate the new garlic potatoes and decided it be best to just leave as we did not have anymore time to spare. $50.00 for 2 servings of garlic mashed potatoes and 2 Cokes. I'm Disappointed and dissatisfied to says the least here with my visit here at this location. Did not really want to make a big seen in front of our other 2 guest plus we could not be late for our event we had plans for.
