Reanna was the best server I have ever had in my entire life. She had fantastic drink recommendations, and helped up pick out our meals for lunch! She is so personable and is so amazing! Give this girl a raise! I recommend their blackened mahi fish tacos. The dessert was also amazing. 10/10. I will be back!

Waitress was being extremely pedantic to another customer over her request for "spicy mayo" sauce. I considered the entire interaction extremely rude.As for my service and experience, the place is like any other chain restaurant. Think T.G.I. Friday's/Applebee's, but with a beach side resort feel (beach side resort is a huge stretch)I had the paella, a new menu item. It was tasty, but paella it was definitely not. The same dish could be achieved with packaged, pre-seasoned rice and a variety of seafood cooked in an instapot all together. No crispy edges, overcooked shrimp and muscles.Looking at everyone else's dishes, this place just seemed like what someone would think Caribbean food is like and used the "Friday's" method of prep and cooking. The drinks seemed okay, but nothing to write home about.Overall, if you're in the area and want something of Caribbean origin, there are plenty of legitimate and authentic options that cost way less and are less crowded in the general area.If you just like giant, slightly overpriced, pre-mixed cocktails and food that wishes it was Caribbean ... this is your place.3/10 definitely not going back againParking: Like everywhere in this area, trying to find parking for dinner rush is a nightmareKid-friendliness: This is definitely the "suburban family" spot.Teens, infants, toddlers. Though, I would assume it depends on the day and time that you go, whether or not you're going to have teens acting like, well, teenagers and babies crying in your ear.Nothing against either of these things. Families gotta eat, too.Just know this isn't going to be a quiet location for a romantic meal.

My family and I had a wonderful experience today. The general manager Marrell was our first interaction through the door. He accommodated us in the beautiful outdoor patio at the fire pit. With the windows up we had a cool breeze. Our server Suave was amazing and was always on top of our needs. The food and drinks were beyond amazing. Would give 10/5 ⭐️ if I could!Kid-friendliness: The manager made foil hats for my kids ?

Me and my husband went here for date nights and we absolutely had a wonderful time we wish we would have went on a Friday or Saturday where they have live music. But we still had a funday even though we went on a sunday. ? I had the mahi tacos and my husband had the applewood smoked bacon burger and our food was pretty good.Would definitely come back!

One of my favorite places! I came for a buisness dinner with an out of town colleague. As always service was great! The food came out fast and hot and enjoyed the drinks.

The smoked jerk wings were good... perfectly marinated. That's my go to item. Drinks are good but not strong. Service was ok this day with no wait time for a table.

Excellent food. They were really busy and out food was given to another table and we had to wait for the correction. No discount was offered for our inconvenience.

Took our daughter here for her Birthday, she really wanted a tropical theme Birthday dinner so we made it happen. Our waitress was great and really made her birthday special. Even bought her a birthday Sundae in the end. Food was great and everything came out at a decent time for a large party.

Service and atmosphere was great. Food just didn't have great flavor to me. I ordered a lot but barely ate much. I miss back when they had the Caesar salad. That was my go to, that dressing was something different than others! Definitely go during lunch or happy hour when apps or half off!

The food is decent. In my opinion it lacks the rich flavor I expect from most island inspired dishes. We had a nice fruity drink as suggested by our server. The ambiance is really nice.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair friendly.
