Don’t waste your time or money no matter how many times you ask or try or how many chances you give them. Your food is not gonna be good or right I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt and they keep screwing me over. Don’t waste a single penny trying to get food here, all they do is argue with each other and make your food wrong this place is a total nightmare and a complete waste of time space and money This is the closest food to my house, and I refuse to go here. I’ve given them more chances than i should have at least 10 or 15 second chances and they screw me everytime I am a picky person, but I am very clear with my instructions, especially when I have to get them to remake it and they still mess it up every time without fail I am begging you to avoid this place And I am a very patient person. I understand the struggles I have worked in these environments before But they don’t deserve another chance please stop going here so they can close it down and replace it with something that is worth a damn

For starters, no ice cream at this location, maybe the smart thing would be TAKE IT OFF THE MENU, then if you ordered through the app, you have to jump through hoops to get a refund. Could offer substitutes but their customer service is so poor, they forget the basics. But restaurant is clean though.

I arrived there around 4:20 on 03/15/2024 I asked for a big fish combo everything made to order I waited about 7 minutes thinking my food was being cooked to order when I received the order I'm thinking everything was made fresh it wasn't I had left the restaurant had to return my onion rings was half filled and they were cold the fish was over cooked I arrived back at the restaurant asked to speak to the supervisor I asked for a refund he steady saying I will make your order again I said no just give me my money because the order was supposed to have been made fresh from the beginning it took him 30 minutes to issue my refund because he said he had to get it from the safe when the supervisor finally brought me the refund it was the wrong amount he had the receipt the whole time in his hand I had to wait another 3 minutes when he finally brought me my correct change he said I will give you the order for free I told him okay because I was hungry hadn't eaten all day I am a diabetic after all that he tells me I change my mind I'm not giving you anything and he walked off

Went and ordered at drive thru. Upon getting to window and paying for our food we then are told they don't have 2 of our items. I said we'll refund my money and we'll go somewhere else. After a lengthy conversation manager said he was refunding kids meal. They then brought our food to wi dow and said have a great day. We started to leave and realized he didn't give refund. We just decided to leave and will make sure everyone knows to stay away from this burger King. If you don't have something, tell the person prior to taking thier money and bot wanting to give it back. I asked for my money back 4 times to no avail. It won't happen again.

Came here on a Sunday 10:15pm and no one wad at the drive thru window. The kitchen lights are off but someone is in there mopping. It says they close at 11pm.

Really annoying to have no signage that the inside is closed. And to have a big sign that says play place now open. When in fact you are not open inside for customers at all.

The lady manager did a great awesome 1 Gesture of kindness when we drop 2 of our burgers and Surprisingly replaced them with a smile...I wish I would have gotten her name...but God know who I'm talking about and I want you to know that I'm praying for you and your family this Holiday seasons and may God reward you for your kindness.( I HOPE THIS IS THE RIGHT BK)THANK YOU

Couldn’t even get my order taken at the window. This is the next Burger King that’s going to be closed down in Kennesaw. No doubt about it. Looks like a good place for a Whataburger.

Sat in the drive through for 30 mins. The person just kept saying “hold on”.. finally took my order and sat waiting for my food for 20 more mins. This place has always been slow and the people are rude. I should’ve known better and pulled off. I really don’t know why they can’t hire good help.
