WHY does Burger King have such HORRIBLE fries!!!!??? They used to be so good many many years ago! I love the taste of their burgers, but EVERYTIME i go, I'm EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with their fries! AND to to it of... they were old and luke warm at best. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

This is an average BK location. Not terrible, not great. They're rarely busy so I'm usually through the drive-thru quickly. It's hit-or-miss, like most BK locations these days. I've had some really friendly service and also some borderline rude service. The new Ghost Pepper Whopper came out great today. Definitely give it a try if you like spicy burgers.

One thing that I hate to see, am employee taking fries ou of the bin with his bare hands and eating them in front of customers. Manager needs to stop this sort of behavior.

The drive thru was very slow. The burgers were much smaller than I've ever seen at that price. And $3.48 for a 12 oz mediocre shake.

Extremely rude drive thru experience. They don’t have menu before the actual ordering booth and the guy was not allowing time to look at the menu and decide. The name of agent was Anthony. I called them back to give feedback and they hung up on me when I tried to provide feedback. Would never return to it again and will pass on this feedback within my network. Burger King needs to do a better job at customer service.

Staff is rude (eye rolls/ poor tone) and service is slow. They tell you to pull in a parking space so their long wait times aren’t recorded. Just spend your money somewhere else. Ample of other restaurants in the area. . Customer service is horrible 6/22 8:00pm

Horrible location and customer service does not exist. I stopped by for a whopper meal, I stressed I wanted it fresh i e, HOT, person taking the order didn’t acknowledge me. Get to the window, check the burger COLD!!! I asked for my money back while to so-called mgr was doing my return the lil employees were making jokes and laughing the so-called mgr, Valetta was laughing too!!! I asked for her name, then she wanted to apologize, yeah ok. She gave me my money back and slammed the window went back to laughing I guess!!! lol. Will never ever go back to Burger King period. I didn’t want to be harsh in this review because I know it’s hard to find quality workers, but that situation was awful. No real manager will let employees talk to their customers that way. SMH.

The worst service, no one now says thank you or please, even if you say thank you. The people who work there don't care what the customer experience at BK is like It is hard to imagine why Burger King was my fast food choice, especially after my visit to this BK. There is no way I will be back here. The burgers were cold, we got 2 out of 3 orders wrong. The food tastes like garbage, 3 meals $30 dollars. I wish I can get my money back. So disappointing but never again.
