It's not CHEAT DAY but I met an old friend here for today and it was an excellent choice. Think of Chipotle with the same choice of a bowl or wrap. The difference is that it is not Tex-Mex, it is Mediterranean. Everything is fresh and the options are in front of you. They offer lamb as a protein choice, which I tried in my salad bowl. The lamb was good but the portion was modest. It is likely due the cost of lamb, so no problem. All else was great and filling. The price paid for what Zi received (save for the lamb) was also fair. This is definitely an option for those who can appreciate a good fast-casual meal.

Many of the staff here know my name, and Emma even recognized how often I come and gave me a free meal! What I love about CAVA: - Friendly Staff - Delicious and Healthy Food (I lost about 30lbs in the last year ordering the Kid's meal) - Convenient online ordering for no wait - Very low price (Kid's meal is only $7!) - Good atmosphere (I often meet with friends here for good conversation). This is by far my favorite restaurant!

I've eaten here twice. Food was consistently good. No servers you order at the counter and choose what you like. I especially like the herbal drinks delicious and you can try them all. This place is on my list to go back to. I liked it very much.

Cava is so amazing! When my company has Cava cater a lunch, that's a meeting I'm excited about! I've always had it to go, but the food is consistently good. The cookies are the perfect end to any meal... not too sweet, but a perfect finish. My favorite menu item is the Harissa Avocado Bowl. Sweet, spicy, tangy, creamy, perfection. The wraps are all top notch as well.
