Something is going on at this location. The food was fine, about what was expected. The order wasn’t accurate, but they fixed it. The outside sign turned off at 8:13, effectively telling the public that they were closed. But we went in because the door said they were open until 9. (The website says 10.) They explained that they were closing, so they’d be giving us our food in take out styrofoam containers, but we were free to stay and eat in. Starting at 8:34, they began to turn away customers that came in saying they were no longer taking orders. At 8:43 they locked the doors. Overall, everything seemed very unprofessional and the staff began mopping and taking out trash while we were still eating. We left around 8:50. We’ve never felt less welcome at a public restaurant. Like I said, the food was fine…just don’t come anytime within 2 hours of closing.

Don't go my the closing time on the web site. They close at 9 but stop taking orders at 8:30. Can't get any ice cream after around 7:45 they close it also

We usually go to this location 1-3 times a month with our grandson, as it is his favorite place. But the owner or management has changed and so has the food, service, and cleanliness. The fries, which are usually outstanding, were soggy and little pieces. The hot fudge sundae lacked hot fudge - just a little smeared around the inside of the cup. I had to ask for more as it was mostly ice cream. The kitchen looked filthy and the staff couldn't even manage a smile. Won't be back until they clean up their act and get new management!

We have been a few times and not impressed but needed something near where we were today so went in and wanted chicken tenders. We went today at 12:30pm. First, the chicken fingers were so small that if put together could equal one big finger and of course charged same price. In the past the burgers have been overcooked. 2 workers standing around and there was plenty they could be doing- Drink area dirty, floor slippery, women’s room needed tending to the trash and floor was sopping wet. 1 kid working had AirPods on and left dirty mop bucket near condiment counter. Condiments running out and the containers . It was so hot in there we had to leave we were sweating so bad. Management needs to do something or they won’t be open long.

Such a horrible experience and I would give 0 stars if I could. Several of the things that other people experience I experienced. Bad customer service horrible food then lying when we called. Lots of details below. I will never go back.At first the customer service on our to go order was good. I checked my food and it looked ok. Upon arriving at home my niece realized her Beyond burger was real meat. Ummm hello no. She tried to call and tell them she just wanted a refund and was hung up in 3 times and once they said they were closed at 822 but they don't close u til 9. WTH then she drove up there and even though they close at 9 they saw her and locked the door. To add to that I ordered two burgers for me and my husband. When I got home I realized I had one burger with double patties and one with triple and was confused as to why. Once I started to make my burger I realize the patties were like McDonald's patties dry and nasty meat. I am assuming that they did not have their normal sized patties so they were trying to give us extra patties instead. The right thing would've been to let us know when we are ordering our food that they did not have the patties. It's horrible how bad customer service is.

Went to eat here around 6-7pm. Overall experience wasn't too bad. Place was clean. Only thing is it took a while for our food to come out, but it's understandable to an extent as I assume they cook the patties fresh. Building is definitely updated and modern looking.Vegetarian options: They have an option for you to get an impossible vegan burger. They allow you to add this party to any of their select burger types as well.

We went to the location on Cobb Pkwy. The food and service was excellent but the dining area was awful dirty and it stink! Can’t imagine what the bathrooms look like! I feel if you don’t have the staff to maintain cleanliness of the dining area, then you should take the option, to dine in, away until you do!

I've been here a few times. This location is never busy, that could be a good thing or bad...Food is lack luster, I had the burger and it was cooked fine. My son had tenders and they were really small and slightly over-cooked.The Bobby's sauce pump was missing and you had to ask for cups (they were not kept at proper temp and were VERY warm).The mayo pump was not functioning properly, the handle was broken and was kept in place by the use of electrical tape.The ice-cream/shake machine was down as well and leaking all over the floor behind the counter. Maybe they're having an off day?Sadly, I may not return to this location. Good luck!

Seriously going downhill. Out of most condiments, no napkins, no ice and had to wait 40 minutes for a veggie burger. Been coming here for years, time to find another burger place!

The price of their burgers makes this place a winner. $6.39 for a double cheeseburger and $8.99 for a 1/2 lb triple cheese or bacon burger. Just like everywhere else, they are short staffed and patience is needed when you order. The burgers taste good and they have a lot of fresh self serve toppings, condiments, and seasoning salts. The French fries are tasty and a well portioned. The onion rings have little flavor and the small amount in the order does not make it worth the $3.99 price. I recommend this restaurant for an inexpensive burger and fry meal.
