Always enjoy my spicy chicken and cheese sandwich. I usually get two with curly fries. My only beef is they either forget sauce or don't give you enough.

Had a great lunch here, pulled right off the interstate, looked busy but did not have a long wait at all. Plenty of seating inside and a few tables outside. Food was yummy. Bathrooms were well stocked and cleanParking: Parking is directly at restaurant.
The restaurant itself is great but the location is horrendous. The drive thru literally always looks like this. No one reads the signs and you’ll end up with 9 people cutting in front of your car in line and you’ll probably be trapped in the parking lot for 15-20 minutes after you get your order. There’s a reason Chick-fil-A is almost never in a strip mall; this one needs a new location BADLY.

Accidently got in line to pick up my mobile order when it was for pick up inside. Couldnt get out of line because it was so crowded. Gave me a hard time and would not give me my food in the drive through line. Told me I need to go.back inside after being in line for 15 minutes. After arguing for 10 minutes finally they gave me my food very cold and not that good. Wth chickfila everything has always been fine but this was a ridiculous run around.

My first and only review of Chick-fil-A. If I could give this company a negative rating I would. I'm a full-time worker and part-time college student with enough time to eat "fast-food" but not an exorbitant amount of free time. I was making a mobile order today from school (a 5-8min drive) and planned to use the drive through to pickup my order. This drive through is designed to circle the drive through twice before getting your food. I got into the first round and it took 20 minutes. I then was cut by every person in the right side which was making my wait longer then 35 minutes (this now means that my order was almost 50 min by this time). I couldn't wait any longer. I went inside staright to the counter and waited for the manager on duty. She asked if i had an order and I said I wanted to cancel. I gave her the reason but with no apology for waiting almost 1-hr for "a Chicken sandwich".There is no excuse for this and maybe everyone now has 1+hrs for breaks but this used to be a fast food industry. Chick-fil-A has not only made my list of chains to never support, eat or advise to use; the company is now one that I will do everything I can to make sure they are never used by any of my family, friends or networking events, functions or corporate parties.I can't wait for the company to fail and loss business!

I placed an order in the mobile app for this location and chose curbside delivery. Upon arrival to this location I drove around the building looking for the curbside parking which does not exist. I asked one of the female employees at the drive-thru who seemed so irritated with my question and told me just to go through the drive-thru. Upon arrival at the drive-thru window I was met with more rude employees when I explained my situation they just kind of snickered gave me cold food and sent me on my way with no condiments or straw. Will not be ever returning to this location.
