Chili's is my go to when I was a good and affordable meal! The servers have been friendly and attentive. Only complaint is the state of the bathrooms. They could be cleaner and better stocked with paper towels and soap.

tried to redeem a gift card and had an attitude like i was trying scam them?? and they told me it didn’t work but it took off the amount so i guess it did lol. manager was extremely rude and watched over my shoulder while i did the survey then made a snarky comment when i put the service was poor. maybe get a grown up manager idk.

food taste like it came right out of the freezer and the service is very slow. manager is extremely childish and doesn’t know how to handle situations properly.
Not my account, but I don’t have a Google account so I’m using a friends. We came to the location on Barrett and I had to send a portion of my food back because it was under cooked to my tastes. The server was kind and took it back. It came back out and half of it was still very under cooked. Not just a little pink but PINK. But the outside was almost burnt. And the cook walked out and looked at me funny when the food was sent back.
I literally had hair in my food. And not the typical one strand of hair. No . A very long piece of hair with a knot in it. I work in the restaurant industry so I was skeptical about calling the restaurant to resolve the issue but after i got off the phone with her , i found more hair ! The manager gave us a partial refund , which i appreciate but , we didn’t even want to eat the rest of the food because the hair took our appetite away.also… i have orange/ginger curly hair and my boyfriend has brown locs. Nobody at my home has black straight hair.

I got a to go order after a hard day at work. I received three small chicken tenders and what looked like half of an old brisket quesadilla. The cheese was thick and hard and it smelled sour. The mashed potatoes were dark with lots of hard black bits as if rotten potatoes were used. The only decent item was the broccoli, even though that and everything else was cold. I wouldn’t pay $5 for this and I’m so disappointed I paid $20. I just threw it away and went to bed hungry because I was so hurt.

Poor planning on management. Heavily understaffed. Currently waiting over an hour for a table and over 30 minutes per drink at the bar. How do you have only ONE person at the bar and one person per section on National Margarita Day? Get with the program Chilis.See below photos. I counted over 20 empty seats and have been here since 7:15. It is now 9pm and a waiter has not even greeted or sat us yet. Would be best to go with a different Chilis.
