I got really sick from eating at this location! I got a bowl with 1/2 barbacoa and 1/2 carnitas. The barbacoa was mostly fat and I have never had that problem at a chipotle. Im not sure what made me sick but it lasted 3 days! Workers rude and behave as if they hate to see customers coming in.

I always love the food but this location is always dirty. Always has food on all tables and on the floor. I’ve always had to wipe off a table to eat and step around food on the floor. Today when I asked someone to wipe off the tables, she did but also left a lot of water on the tables. She wiped the food from the table to the floor instead of wiping up the food. She only made the already disgusting floor more disgusting. I still had to wipe off the table with napkins to dry it. Poor housekeeping at the Barrett Pkwy location.

Ok so I half expected for me to come make a review and it to be mostly good reviews because everyone loves chipotle. But I guess it's just this location. Smh. Some quick advice. This particular store constantly has issues with missing items and portions sizes. They truly need to work on that. Because honestly chipotle is my favorite place and i hate when they disappoint me. Paying $20-30 (online orders) for 1 meal us as customers expect top quantity. Anything less is crazy.Update: they responded with contact them to their website smh but they never answer on their website. And that also doesn't hold this specific store accountable and they know that smh...the picture I shared was supposed to be a steak bowl. So no only did they not give me steak they didn't give me a good portion. For a $20 bowl this is sad.

I went to get a bowl with my friend. Right as we started ordering this white tall male was being super rude and rolling his eyes when we would ask him to add stuff to our bowls. He just had a super nasty attitude the whole time we were there.

Yall don't come to this location. I tried to give them another chance because I usually drive to the one in Acworth. I get there and ever topping is either low or nonexistent. The employee had some nerve to scrape up the last little bit of Question cheese instead of getting another batch. When I got to the cold items the next employee had to refill the Pico, lettuce, and Cheese. Mind you there was just me and 1 other person in there that was already eating. TERRIBLE. BUT TO PUT THE ICING ON THE CAKE. THE CHICKEN IN MY BOWL AND MY SONS BURRITO WAS COMEPLETLY BURNT TASTING. I COULDN'T FINISH MINE. AND WILL NEVER EVER EVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION.
