I ordered the gotta have it size and they only put one piece of each type of candy in it. One oreo and one small heath bar. Not enough for the amount of ice cream or the $7.00 price. I will go to a different location next time.

Okay, so this Cold Stone is seriously the worst. I've tried giving it chance after chance, but nope.First time I went, I watched the staff just kick a blender pitcher around instead of picking it up. I waited a whole year, hoping new hires would change things up before going back.Then, a month ago, I tried again. They told me they were too slammed to take my order and just went back to hanging out with their friends. Ended up going to the one on Barrett Parkway instead.Recently, I got desperate and ordered through DoorDash, and guess what? It was from this place. My ice cream with cookie dough and Oreos was a mess. The add-ins were just thrown in, not mixed, and I couldn’t even break them up with my spoon. That’s it for me. Never going back.
