Been eating off and on at this cookout since it opened. But today I got a burger and there was a bread clip in it. Big time choking hazard. I want to eat here, but come on, do better.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at this cookout. Lady at drive through taking orders and handing food out the window was extremely rude. She cut me off every other sentence during my order. She didn’t tell me my total when I got to the window she told the total but not what the order was so I asked and she said yea I got that so it’s 18.72 (idk what the actual total is cause she talked to fast) she handed me both orders in the same bag without telling me. Then took second payment and gave me the card back I sat there waiting for second order and she said is there a reason your still here I asked where the second order is she said in the bag I handed you. Beyond rude rolling eyes just overall negative energy. My order had four cheese bites in it.

Burgers are beyond greasy and burned. Get a burger and the bottom bun will be black and soaked with oil. This location is on a busy road, go anywhere else.
Literally the best cookout I’ve ever been to. I went through the drive through and the lady taking my order was so kind and patient. She let me take time to think about my order, gave me my total, and when I met her at the window she was very kind and called me love. I told her “Happy Easter!” She seemed so happy and said it back which I rarely get at fast food restaurants. Best cookout employee ever!!!! She literally made my Easter! The food is all correct as well ofc! She asked if I want any sauces which was so kind of her to ask as I almost forgot. She was so sweet :)

Cookout is a good place to go and get a decent cheap meal. Is it the best burger? No. Can you get plenty of food for under $10 per person? Yes. The food tastes like the name suggests. It is a cookout. The food tastes like you are at a neighborhood cookout. The price is right, and the staff are nice. Don’t forget to get a milkshake! They have the best milkshakes. Tons of flavors to choose from.Parking: Plenty of parking around the building.Kid-friendliness: Kids like it.
