My wife and I frequently try chicken tikka masala from Indian restaurants around the area, because it's our favorite dish ever. The one issue I have with most Indian restaurants is consistency -- a dish could be perfect one day, and totally, unexpectedly bad the next time you order it. Great! I wanted to finally try some authentic Indian food (or as authentic as I could find around here) and when I spotted that they had a buffet I got excited, thinking I could try many different dishes, but no luck with COVID. Oh well. I told the server at the front that this was my first time eating Indian food, and asked what he recommended. He told me what was most popular. We went here on New Year’s Eve for our family for take out. We ordered 15 dishes and they were fast, yummy and warm. It wasn’t salty, it was just right. They remembered our names since we frequent there. We will continue to eat here ?
