My family & I were so excited to try Del Taco for the first time. Unfortunately we stood in the lobby for about 8 minutes without anyone acknowledging we were there. It was at least two people just standing in the back so we did them a favor & left.

Thought I'd give Del Taco a try and see if they improved. The food was basically the same as it has always been mediocre but consistent. The issue was I asked for sour cream on my burrito and as I have pictured here you may be able to see the nozzle of the sour cream bottle may have scraped the edge of the tortilla on the right side. This would not be what I would consider appropriate if someone said "add sour cream." I would not even write this review if they had just said they were sorry and would re-make it. Instead they insisted on seeing the opened burrito and argued that they could see sour cream. I ended up being charged an additional 60 cents for another "side of sour cream." This is in addition to the 60 cents for what was supposed to be on it in the first place. Again, treat you're customers with respect. I accept that people try to get things for free, and that is a burden for the business. however, I paid extra, don't make me pay again. Rude and disrespectful. Will not be back to this or any Del Taco.

I love Del Taco and this one is no different. It's one of the best cheaper fast food taco chains in ATL. The value is excellent and the food is decent.
This location has an addiction to having drive thru cars park and wait regardless if there is anyone else in line behind you. Very annoying and unnecessary.

I ordered the carne asada and fries. They tried to serve me something that seemed to be cooked two days before, it was cold and the meat was all dried up. I asked if it could at least be warmed up and the cook told me it was cold because it had wacamole on top… THERE WAS BARELY HALF A SPOON OF WACAMOLE ON THAT THING! Anyways, At least they exchanged it for a “fresher” one but it was also a total wreck for the money. Never going back and nope! Can’t say I’d recommend this place to anyone.

Big del taco lover, drove 35 minutes out of the way for it for them to Jack up the prices of two burrito combo AND get it wrong. A beef and bean burrito you'd think means only beef and beans however, my toddler knows the difference and daddy noticed the price. Got only one burrito in the bag and it had green stuff she didn't order on it and she pointed it out long before I was able to go around and fix my order. So thanks Del taco for a unhappy daughter and an ever unhappier father. Next time she asks y'all made it real clear Taco Bell would have been worth the wait.

Why is their dining room always closed? You screw up my order and there’s no way to fix it without sitting in the long, slow drive thru line again.
I see why this place is always empty been here twice in the past week, and apparently they don't know what no sour cream means. Got home and threw my food in the trash and had to order taco bell.

The cashier intentionally did not give us back our card. Came back later to get the card and noticed charges from amazon the day after. This cashier does this regularly to customers. Food was also cold and stale.

I liked Del Taco and its app so I ordered online via app. After ordering 3rd time, drive through staff told me that I can not keep ordering multiple time per day via app. I did not know about this rule. However this was discouragement. I may not order from Del Taco again and let my family and friends know about this experience so they can stay away from Del Taco and bad experience as well.

Went here today, dining room doors locked at 1:30PM on a saturday. The lasy in the drive thru refused to give me more than 5 sauces stating "im not even allowed to give you 5" we ordered 2 tacos and a quesadilla. She was extremely disrespectful, not even a hello, thank you, or your welcome the entire time. She should be let go immediately for a more respectful worker who actually cares about the customer.
