This location is extremely understaffed. Took way too long to get an order that i placed online. I was told to pull around and wait as did other cars. I ended up going inside to get my order, which was just sitting on the counter. I feel bad for the employees having to work with an insufficient amount of help.
***Update...Dining room finally opened up a few months ago. Still not back to pre-Covid standard. Drink machine was busted and no more tea dispensers. Prices have increased substantially.*** Ridiculous...this place has been closed for dining in for 2.5 years!!! There is no excuse as Taco Bell across the street has been open for about a year for dine in. I wanted to order and eat inside, but there wasn't enough employees and we could only order through the drive thru. I ordered 4 burritos and they forgot to add chicken to one of them. If I had eaten inside, I could have gotten the order corrected, but since I had to drive away, I didn't eat until I got back to work ?
