The hand-tossed style pizza is coming out like thin crust lately. I customized the pizza with BBQ sauce with a regular amount, but there was hardly any. The pizza barely had any cheese. It was like I was eating bread sticks. I'm not sure if the company is looking to cut costs by having the franchise stores stretch out its supplies, I mean literally, and having the team members be skimpy with the cheeses and sauces. The way the pizza was made, was not what I ordered, and quite frankly a lot of name brand pizza chains are more or less doing this. I had a similar issue with Pizza Hut too. Definitely a miss more so than a hit over the past few years or so. For a better taste, I'm becoming more willing to pay a little more ordering better quality and authentic pizza from a local pizzeria.

Walked In to place an order, placed the order, was told that it would take 30 minutes till I can pick it up. Ended up waiting an hour in the car after going in to check in several times. Finally went back in after an hour and I was told they don’t even see my order and that I ordered nothing. I then show them my bank transaction of $16 and all they say is “idk maybe the charge will go away” this was probably the worst experience at a pizza fast food place to ever exist.

If I could give zero stars I would! Placed a delivery order at 7:00pm…. 9:19pm rolls around and still no delivery. We called, no answer. So my husband drove to the location only to wait another 30 minutes because they never started it… then they hand him the wrong pizza!!! And we have a hungry 2 year old that is up PAST his bedtime because he hasn’t been able to eat dinner yet. Don’t waste your time!

Unprofessionalism off the charts. Employees not using gloves,don't acknowledge you or just look up at you when you walk in and do not speak, ear pods in, picking and choosing orders to fulfill. So I came in previously for a pickup order was not prepared even though I was there after scheduled pickup time. So I was able to can see my order being prepared, and placed in the oven. Cashier employee decided he wants to delivery a big order with a large tip before he leaves for the day. So he starts helping the pizza maker prep the remainder of this order. My order was in between the rest of the delivery order. I watched him move my food and other customers food to get access to this large order with the big tip,which he continually talked about. A customer came and complained first because he was there for curbside and no one came out and for the cashier saying he didn't see his name as he pretended to look for it at the register then pretending to look for but over looking receipts hanging right in his face, and the customer pointed out his pizza on the line while the employee was pushing both of our orders back into the oven to get the remainder of the delivery order. That's when I pointed out my name clearly on the monitor tracking my pizza, that it had been done for about ten minutes, that I had already been waiting for over 30 mins and that the pizza is probably nasty and cold. Him and the other employee complained to one another the cashier mumbled curse words as he grabbed the order and left. Pizza sat for a few more minutes the other complaining employee finally gave my pizza it was burnt, hard, dry, barley warm. Pizza was disgusting. Came in today and Mark who was one of the employees complaining last visit who is rude , disrespectful, do not use proper sanitary measures, do not wear gloves, ear pods in, looking down on his phone, long butt length hair with no hair net. Started to repeat and mock our previous in-counter with the other employees after staring me down aggressively, trying to intimidate me shaking his head storming off and coming back. After a employee working the register who was very pleasant and helpful told me my pizza was given to another customer by mistake. The customer brought it back but the box was wet because it was pouring down raining. She gave me a choice of taking the returned pizza or get it remade. I opt to get the pizza remade. The employee preparing the pizzas did not like that and asked me why I didn't want the pizza he can just change the box. I told him I did not want it because I do not know what the other customer did to the order before bringing it back. He then said he watched the customer through the window and he did nothing to it. I told him I'll rather opt for the remake. He didn't like that so he didn't want to prep my pizza so the cashier did. She told me it will be about 15 -20 min wait. After my pizza was ready Mark hands it to me I said thank you he rudely look right at me turns around and say nothing. I said thank you again this time louder he did not even turn around but unwillingly said have a good day after other employees turn around looking at him..... it was night time dark and pouring down. I will not be returning to this Domino's throughout the week ever again. I'll go to a different location or just on weekends where I have in-countered welcoming, sanitary, polite, and respectful, mature, employees. I do not recommend anyone going to this Domino's at all during the week. If you don't want to deal with horrible customer service, disrespectful, immature,unsanitary, nasty, employees that think you are an inconvenience to them.

Andrew went far and beyond the level of customer service where as Domino’s computer system messed up. I had to beg him to take the tip I had for the him. Please recognize the effort this gentleman made to make things right. DOMINO’S fix your computer system! Thank you again Andrew!!!❤️??

I accidentally ordered from this dominoes but was too lazy to switch the shops because it was late at night. I ordered a simple half cheese half pepperoni pizza with light cheese and the pizza was all pepperoni with basically no cheese. Idk if it was undercooked or something else but it made me really sick after I ate it and I woke up at 5am nauseous and almost throwing up. Would not recommend. Go to the one in kennesaw that's connected to the gas station instead.
For one pizza breadstick and a small pasta it took 1 hr 30 and the food was not good. I called and the manager said he was sorry bc he had drivers cooking the food and they didn't know how to. He promised me a refund to turn around and tell me it could t be refunded only store credit. I don't want store credit bc I don't want to order from yall again . Needless to say we won't be ordering from there again .
