We experienced a longer-than-usual wait due to the hostess entering the wrong phone number. Unfortunately, we only received a half-hearted apology when we were leaving. Additionally, our server was not very attentive, failing to clear empty plates and glasses from our small table and neglecting to refill our drinks for over half of our meal. When we requested water, the waitress simply placed the pitcher and glasses on the crowded small table without a word and left. While the food and beverages continue to impress, the customer service has noticeably declined.

I been there many times and been pretty good,amazing food.Unfortunately today the food wasn't the same, was burn potatoes ? frittata not much flavor and French toast was more like two pieces of bread.Maybe new crew in the kitchen?Server was pretty good and attentive.

My family and I decided on brunch at First Watch after church. We joined the wait list online and had a 45 minute wait to be seated. Since it was our first time dining here we were excited to see so many other people waiting too. We knew the food had to be good. Our dining experience and the food was great. However, I placed a to go order which missed the mark. I ordered the avocado toast which was plated messy. I also ordered a large side of fruit for about $7 which I was completely disappointed with. The container wasn’t even half full. There was a single layer of fruit at the very bottom of the container which was 98% honeydew and 2 grapes However, the picture on the menu advertised a full container with a variety of fresh fruit to include strawberries and pineapples. Very deceiving!

We were very happy and impressed with our meals at First Watch.We had the Hawaiian French toast, which was very delicious, especially the whipped cream made with coconuts.We were able to go online to get in line for a table, which meant that our wait could be partially made up in the 10 minutes for us to drive there.
