This fried chicken was the most juicy chicken I have ever had from anywhere for around 13 to 15 dollars. All of their chicken is somewhat spicy but not overly strong. I would eat here on occasion. Their spicy chicken sandwich is the best hands down.
I've seen other Gus's locations close due to slow service, I hope this doesn't become another. Service much slower than any other time we visited.

It's a good place with good food. Occasionally you get a miss but for the most part, it's a good spot. A little pricey but everything has gone up in the industry. Can't blame 1 restaurant for it.

We spent $40 on two chicken plates.The chicken tendors and chicken breasts were both overcooked and dry. Overall experience was very disappointing for world famous chicken and sadly we will not return.

I visited for the first time today and I was NOT disappointed. Derek our server was so kind, knowledgeable and attentive. It's been a long time since I've experienced that level of service. It felt like instant family. The food was hot and delicious. I had the 4 Wing special. The chicken was so well seasoned. I couldn't stop eating it. I'm not sure of everyone's title that worked there, but they came over to check on us and we had great conversations. The food was amazing and service was even better. Im excited to return. The one thing I will add though is that my young daughter had chicken tenders and she said they were too spicy. I should've asked if they would have the spicy seasoning as well. But I tired them and loved them because I love spice. Just something to keep in mind if you take children with you.

We stopped by for lunch while traveling through Georgia. Food was fantastic! The chicken was seasoned and spiced just right and crispy but juicy. Macaroni was very good as well as the coleslaw and okra. 10/10 recommend! Service was also very friendly. I wish we had a location in Kentucky!

Chicken is delicious! No breading just seasoned & fried! Mac & Cheese is so creamy & good. Setting is like an old Cafe but it was clean. We will return!

May give another chance in a year, world famous failed. I ordered the 2 piece white snack, was supposed to be breast and thigh ? Got an overcooked puny burger in hand small breast, the breading was so over cooked, the plastic fork couldn't penetrate the hard shell, meat in side was dry as the Sahara desert. The manager saw my struggle and brought me out another breast, the only good thing I can say is it was bigger but had the same problem overcooked. 2 good things the Cole slaw and the potato salad were the same edible and the Diet Coke was good. I would not recommend until they learn to cook the chicken to be crispy and juicy on the inside. Also the plate prices will take your breath away , range 15-20 bucks! Wow ! The place had lots of space and tables inside and out for seating

I've dined in six times and every time the chicken has been excellent with a top notch fry on the crust. The oil isn't rancid and the sides are very good with reasonable portion size. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 start is because the last time I wanted their chicken, I ordered takeout. I was very disappointed that it appeared they took extra effort to pick out the smallest of every size piece of chicken. Maybe it was just bad luck but as stated, I've been here six times and never has the chicken parts been so TINY! I feel that they took advantage of me because it was takeout!
