After working for almost 3 years at that location I’m saddened to say that it is officially shut down. It was fun while it lasted. Some of the crew that worked here is now working at the acworth location.

Food is always fresh and on point! Always fast pleasant service. Joe, Loona, and Xander are awesome! Everyone is always so accommodating and friendly. Definitely recommend this location. If I could add one thing, it would be for this location to have the "red burrito" it was a favorite. ?

I placed an order online in August 2022 and received the wrong online order. I called the store and was told to bring my receipt and the order would be remade. I am not a huge Hardee's person and it hit me to come back today, almost 7 months later and get hit with the we can't remake the order. At this point, it is too late to dispute the charge and the GM denied the request. I did my part, I was not trying to get something that I was not owed this business on the other hand did not do what they promised to do.I suggest that if you have an incorrect order to return it, contest it early or request a refund as soon as possible. There is nothing worse than organizations not doing what they say.

It's fast food not great food. Although their breakfast is top notch (in my opinion) the rest of the menu is just so so. Crew is friendly and service was fast so no problems on that point.

Had been craving for a burger last two weeks, but I will not do Burger King or McDonald's next to my subdivision or anywhere else either. I drove seven miles one way to get to this location. Hardee's closer to us closed at 5 pm. Well, I was happy because my burgers were worth the drive.We had four California Classics and two large fries. Hubby thought that I had lost my marbles to drive so far for a burger, but I did not hear him complaining while we were chowing down our meals. Briley, the cashier was friendly and provided great customer service.I love Hardee's and can't wait to go back for a good old Steak Bisquit.

The Sausage Patties were old and dry on the four sausage biscuits I purchased from you this morning. I placed my order. You opened four biscuits. You looked at the already cooked Sausage Patties. You picked out four patties. You saw they were old and drying out. Yet still you put those in the biscuits.Have you heard the term Negative Reinforcement? Well that is what you gave me this morning. Next time I am desiring a Sausage Biscuit and I think of your Hardees I will remember the dry old Sausage Patties YOU served me. Guess what I will do at that point? Yes, I will go elsewhere.

I honestly wouldn’t even leave 1 star. This place needs to be shut down. I went through the drive thru and a girl answered but that was it. When I tried to place my order she didn’t answer. I said hello about 5 times, still no answer. Drove up to the window and honked my horn. No one came. Laid on my horn and knocked on the window and still nothing. Absolutely unacceptable. I run a small business and this would never be allowed. There was LITERALLY no one in line so I don’t understand what the problem is. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!!

Everything I come here they ask me to pull fwrd and bring my food out... I'm always the only one here. Does anyone know why they do this? Took 10 minutes for my "fast food". Burger and fries should be on deck and ready to go at lunch time(12:30)...
