chicken under cooked, i got food poisoning! bad service! wish they never changed ownership. they don't clean the bathroom and i saw a roach in the toile!

This place typically has poor food quality but we thought we would try it again since we have not had it in about a year. Nothing has changed. Placed an online order. Arrived at location, order was not ready yet. Order came out with wing sauce all over the containers. Order was not checked for correctness. Got home and realized we were shorted wings and they also didn't include a kids drink that was ordered. Their roasted wings have very little meat compared to other places in the area. For the price, I would look elsewhere in the future.

Went today with a coworker that just turned 21 about 6 months ago but they wouldn't serve him beer because he still had a vertical license, whatever that means, instead of a horizontal one, so they basically denied someone of legal age due the orientation of his drivers license. So the rest of us finished our beers and left. I feel bad for the server that would have gotten a really good tip if not for corporates stupid policy.

The smoked wings was the bomb!! I recommend to anyone during lunch break or dinner .

I ordered two orders of wings with curly fries. Both orders of curly fries weren't included in my to go order (it was delivered by Uber eats and they won't refund my money idk why and told me to leave the restaurant a bad review to make them give better service. So here we are!) So, not only were the fries left out which I paid for but the breaded wings were REALLY soggy and the sauce was sour. So, I don't recommend. Will not order from here again. Lesson learned!

Everytime we come here, my experience keeps getting lower and lower. This time, we came in for drinks first to wait and decide if we wanted to eat here or not. I ordered my usual Pinot Grigio, and got my wine poured to the bare minimum. It's boxed wine for crying out loud! She poured this amount twice for me and thought that's okay? The glass is small already and she poured this amount for me, I mean come on! Hooters makes sure the men have all their beers poured to the brim and keeps refilling them, but for the boxed wine she pours the least they can. Needless to say, we did not stay for dinner.

We ordered our food though Uber and The food was absolutely delicious and hot when it arrived. It came with plastic gloves and a bib to help keep you clean. But the food was excellent. Recommend
I've never been here to see the service but I've ordered it online a couple times. The food here is great!!!

This has to be one of my worst dining experiences I have ever had in my 54 years. At approximately 1130 pm Friday May 26 2023 I entered Hooters 2102 Old Hwy 41. I sat at the bar talking on the phone to a friend. While still on the phone with her I took a picture and sent it to her. When my order came up I noticed the sever didn't bring my food she gave to the manager who was working the register with his right hand and holding my food with his left and continued to do so for about 40 seconds. He then proceeds to bring my food and says to me when I get off the phone he wanted to talk to me. I said ok and thought nothing of it. Still on the phone the whole time even while I was eating. I never got off of the phone until it was time to pay my bill. I motion to Keith I was off the phone. He proceeds to come around the corner to face me and told me one of girls told him I was pointing my phone following her taking pictures or video of her. I said what! He said it made her feel uncomfortable and basically he was there to protect his employees. I said protect them from who and from what. I told him I was there to eat and have a beer. I told him I came there to eat I have no interest in any of your staff,. I've been on the phone the whole time I've been in here. He told me she said I was following her with my camera taking videos. I was deeply offended and got upset pretty quick. I am a Marine veteran with server PTSD. I don't interact socially with people I don't know when alone that's why I was on the phone it calms me down. Now I'm pissed because I'm being accused of something that I didn't do after having a great night of riding. I showed him the movement I made while I was on the phone. He told me I could've been talking and still taking a video of her. Now I'm really pissed. I told him I was offended by the accusations that he was presenting to me and he didn't back off. He was accusing me of filming his staff while sitting at the bar talking on the phone. I asked him how would he feel if I accused him of something he didn't do and said if he didn't do it it wouldn't be a big deal. After still maintaining his stance that I videoed his staff member who he is there to protect from this 54 year black man who is minding his business eating and talking on the phone at the bar! He continues to press the issue and he still not listening. In his mind no matter what I said he was judge and jury. He never backed off until I swore at him and then he says he's not going to have this conversation if I was swearing. You have accused me of something and you keep pressing the issue and I'm really livid at this point. Never have I been approached by a manager in my life being judged so harshly on something I didn't do and had no intentions of doing. I paid my bill and left after getting his card and his managers card. After leaving I had to go back because I left my riding bag. I was so hot my head started to hurt. When I went to retrieve my bag I was looking for a sign that said no pictures or videoing allowed. I didn't see one. I'm confused now. Why was I even approached in that manner and when I thought about its I've been to plenty of Hooters where pictures were taken. I felt nasty and disgusted after being approached and accused. I let Keith know I have been there at least 4 or 5 times and never been treated that way. I wanna know where in his job description does it tell him to approach customers with no evidence and have this accusatory conversation after I have had a meal. If you felt that strongly about it you should've never served me. And you still would've been wrong. And if by chance if I did, which I didn't. What is the protocol to bring this up to a customer and what is the policy that dictates that. I'm intrigued now. Keith Prandy really didn't give a DAMN about offending and accusing me. His I could care less apology after ruining my night was worthless. And to be perfectly honest I have no idea

Food was terrible. Service was terrible. Ambiance was terrible. How hard is it to make good wings?? Apparently for Hooters it's impossible. Just terrible.

Never made it to the restaurant after booking reservations a week out for Mother's Day to be told we would have to sit in high chairs. Uh no thanks!!! You will never get my hard earned money.

Horrible horrible service horrible food had to pay extra for celery sticks and the celery sticks were not clean my mom's salad tasted like. Old wilted lettuce that had been stuck in a freezer our beers were Hot. And then they blast you with the check. Overpriced.
