I have never experienced such horrible customer service. Jet's Pizza on Jiles Road in Kennesaw proves that good customer service has been thrown out of the window. When I walked into the store to pick up my order I had to greet the customer service rep. she did not speak to me. When I got home I found that my food looked and tasted as if it was a day old. I called the next day to speak to the manager and he certainly did not care. He told me there was no way my food could look or taste as if it was a day old. He told me that it was because, I didn't pick up the food until 5:44pm when my ticket said pick up at 5:15pm he stated that was almost a hour ago. I told him that I called to speak to manager not to argue but, I actually thought he would care. He stated he is the manager and good bye. I order from them on a regular basis mostly on the Uber Eats app.. I have also called their store directly and placed big orders over $80 always tipping the driver well. This order was only a little over $30 so, I wasn't calling to get over on them. I was not complaining just to complain I was truly unsatisfied and tried to give them the opportunity to make it right. It's unfortunate that I didn't matter as a customer I am a pizza person and in Georgia Jet's Pizza was one of my favorite stores however, I refuse to order where my business is not appreciated. I will never order from Jet's Pizza again because of this incident.

Didn’t eat in its jets…but the pizza was terrific and the gentleman who helped me was friendly and had huge smiles! Built my own thin crust and it was baked to perfection. Was the hit of the birthday party.

Hands down the best tasting pizza around and respectfully priced! I'll choose Jet Pizza over these high end rip-off pizza joints any day of the week! All employees are incredibly accommodating friendly and respectful ! They offer great treats with they're reward points and give you plates and napkins! Thanks jet Pizza keep up the GREAT work!

This Jet’s location has got me in a chokehold right now. Lol. That’s it. That’s the post.Seriously, the family is hooked. Wings, a coupe of pizzas, and a dessert is our usual order and everything is delicious and hot. We live outside of delivery area, but the drive is worth it. Staff is friendly and clean. Thanks, guys!
