Always have the best experience here. This place has top notch customer service. Always greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome. The sandwiches are so delicious and made with the freshest ingredients. The interior is extremely clean. Service is very fast and efficient. Exceptional!
So, I get being short staffed but this location has went way downhill on the "freaky fast" deliveries. I choose JJ's because I'm usually way past my lunch time and will want to grab something faster than the usual places. Oh well. Today, we ordered by 12:06pm, order did not arrive until 1:00pm and we are 1.2 miles away. The online tracker NEVER updated.
