We ordered a pizza and salad for delivery. An estimated delivery time was texted to me. But that time came and went many times. We finally got a message saying our order was canceled by Doordash. I called the store and Bella answered. She had me reorder, refunded my original payment and the new order was here in 20 minutes with a surprise piece of cheesecake for my inconvenience!! GREAT JOB, Bella!!Vegetarian options: The veggie pizza was loaded and really delicious!!
Pizza is great but the customer service is terrible. I have done multiple takeouts seeing I live close and it gets worse every time. My first experience, I walked in and the staff didn’t say one word to me, I told them my name, they slammed the pizza on the counter and walked away.My next experience, I told them my name and the staff member just walked away mid sentence, she wasn’t off to find my pizza, just walked away and left me standing there. Two stars for me is low as I try to only highlight the good things places do as there are too many haters. Unfortunately, this Johnny's location has missed the mark too many times over the years for me to not post this. When the order is actually right and comes out on time, the pizza and dishes are amazingly good and we forget why we don't come here more often. When they miss it's a horrible mess.
