The chicken we got last night was so hard we couldn't even eat it. It was almost closing and my daughter order 12 piece meal we were out of 40 dollar for that order. Whoever sold us that chicken knew that chicken was to hard. That was a lot of money for us not to enjoy our food. If you knew that chicken wasn't right and you all was closing, you should have said you were out if chicken.

Please don’t eat here! Something was off with the guy at the drive-through. My kids and I felt his energy, and his face was offputting. We got our food. My kid started drinking their drinks and told me something was wrong with their fruit punch. It tasted like toilet water. They immediately went home and had diarrhea. I have been calling them nonstop, and no one is picking up.

This location is severely understaffed, especially for peak lunch period. The same person was working both the drive thru window & front counter. She was doing the best she could given the circumstances. I think the owner or manager was the only one on the food prep line. The customer in front of me was bringing back a pot pie because it was cold in the middle. Gross. This was my first time trying the nuggets & taste rise they were ok but they were really dry from either being overcooked or sitting in the warmer for an extended period of time. Their signature mashed potatoes tasted like a pound of butter was in them. The drink fountain had issues as well. Extra "liquid" that I hope was either water or carbonation that spilled all over my hand and cup. It was a mess. I remember when individual sides were like $1.50 & now they're more than double that. $3.50 for coleslaw is beyond ridiculous. This what I would summarize as a 'sh!t show".

I spent $40 for a 12 piece meal and when I go home the chicken had been cooked in really old oil or shortening making the whole meal disgusting.Threw it out for the wildlife.The worst fried chicken I ever had.It smelled bad when I opened the box.

Worst KFC I have EVER eaten. We went at opening time a Sunday or two ago. Since we went at opening I thought the food would be fresh and good. I thought wrong...The chicken was oily in a bad way. The grease tasted really bad and the chicken tasted old. It didn't really taste like chicken. The green beans were awful and the mac and cheese was bad. Everything tasted like 4 or 5 day old leftovers that wasn't heated up properly - which is pretty much what I think you're getting when you eat KFC these days."Fast" food used to be edible at least. These days not only does it taste awful, but it can kill you.Parking: I'm just saying this so it'll let me post this review. AWFUL experience.

I order the HOT & SPICY wings and a POT PIE worst meal I ever bought from KFC. They both was dried out. I threw it in the trash, it was not worth drive back to the store, I’ll never go back. KFC, If you are going to sell these items, please make sure they are fresh, even if it means drop them when I order, I much feather wait and receive fresh items. I will not return!!!

I went their tonight thru the drive thru and the guy was very rude when I was ordering my food. He was having a side conversation with another employee while I was trying to order..so I couldn’t tell if he was talking to me or the other employee. Then when I made a mistake on my order he made a big sigh so I canceled my order and went somewhere else.

Very irritating after work in traffic and go home to find an order is missing. I even tipped the widow lady cause that’s what I do to say thank you. Then when you call up there they ask if I want to come back or the next time to come up to pick up my 4 piece tenders for my senior furbabies! Not even a courtesy…I don’t know a free kids meal size for the inconvenience. Not fighting traffic to go pick up a 4 tenders. Wow, what happened to customer care! Sticking to Chick- fil- A only from now on.Thanks Courtney.

Had a craving for a chicken pot pie. They did not have any ready so my daughter and I waited 30 minutes. Other than the wait, no issues. The pie was delicious and service was good. Drive thru.
