I have been to several Little Cesar’s locations but this one has been the best by far. The staff is always welcoming and happy to help. They always have food hot and ready. This will be my daily lunch location. I truly hope corporate sees this and visits this location to see just how awesome they are.

First and last time. The young lady at the register was nice. And I know you’re taking a chance anytime you’re eating somewhere that’s not in your own home or being prepared by you yourself. But I was sitting in the chair, watching a young man and another young lady. Make pizzas without wearing gloves and they’re constantly touching everything Else at the same time. I asked the young lady that took my order. Do they not wear gloves at least and she was just like no. that’s not OK that should never be OK

They need to train their staff to have proper phone etiquette. The young man who answered the phone was extremely rude. He asked for my name, and then hung up after I place the order didn’t even say thank you bye will never ever come back to this place.

As a DOT employee I placed my order 45 minutes before pick up just because I knew it was going to be busy on a Saturday evening. It was dead. I was unable to ask for jalapeños on the side while ordering online so I asked to pay and the kid said "we don't have to go containers for that so no". Their marinara comes in Togo containers. I left a 25% tip and then realized the marinara I paid extra for is literally fridge cold. I do not have a Mirco in my work vehicle. Never will recommended nor be back to this Dur West Rd, Kennesaw, GA Location.

I can understand mistakes. I can't understand refusing to give credit for wrong order and hanging up on a customer.Their idea of customer service is bring back the wrong pizza and we will replace....why should I spend another hour of time fixing your problem.Some meat lover got peppers and onions instead of bacon and sausage. I am sure they are just as thrilled.

I placed order thru app and selected veg toppings and Bake Well Done. When I picked it up at kiosk, there was pepperoni added along with veg toppings. The shift manager “ Brandon “ said he’ll prepare again and that there’s much that could be done. So after waiting 10-15 min, pizza was done and at that time he was like you can take a drink on us. He should have said that at beginning when I pointed out that the error “ we’re sorry that we made error in preparing your order and please grab drink for your trouble while you wait” or something like that. Need better customer service training in my opinion. Other than that good location and clean store.

We ordered 5 pizzas for delivery and a birthday party and only received 4 pizzas. When we called, the only option was to come back up, which we couldn’t do with the birthday party - hence our delivery option. They wouldn’t refund us. We submitted an online contact form on the corporate website and never heard from anyone. After following up again with corporate, they explained we were out of a 3 day window so they couldn’t “do anything”. Of course, they were able to look up our contact request and still weren’t willing to help. This may have been cheap pizza, but I’m big on “doing the right thing” and Little Caesar’s did everything but.

Service today wasn’t great when no one was wearing gloves and I could see/hear employees on their phones and gossiping. With price increases for a basic pizza (and decrease in quality), I think it just makes sense to go elsewhere from now on
