Competent, Listens, Follow through with line cook to make sure my patties have no salt. 09/11/2023: McBusy Cleaning Bees. Staff great. Ice Cream Nice. No Snickers McFlurry. So, so much better than Butler Creek. Must be different franchise. Last Visit: Always Great. Always Clean. Great StaffVegetarian options: Forget about it.Dietary restrictions: Bare minimum. You can request "No Salt" on anything. But as with ANY restaurant go inside and make sure the order taker walks around to the jabber mouths and points out the Red Flag Allergy banner on the order. Otherwise the jabber mouths on the line will not read it.Parking: One of the better parking and drive through FF places. So thankful Chick FIL A did not design the parking and drive through.Kid-friendliness: Yes. Thankfully, no germ spreading playground in the dining area disrupting digestion. This is by far the worst McDonald's you can come to in Acworth , do yourself a favor and go up the street to Wade green or up the other way on Baker road .The people here are unable to work a two lane intercom and will cut people that got there after

This is the absolute worst McDonald's in the area, I have been here numerous times, and evertime I return to this particular McDonald's it gets worse and worse. Tonight was last straw I entered the drive thru and I was asked for my mobile order code, the gentleman said they had already marked that order as "picked up" when I proceeded to the window the lady who was there asked me if I was the gentleman with and she read what I had ordered to which I replied yes. When I got to the front of the line I ended up getting the wrong order anyways when I exclaimed that it was the wrong order she asked for my receipt which she took and looked at for a couple of seconds. She took back the other order and told me to go park in the pickup area, after waiting another couple of minutes they brought me my food but they forgot my drink which I exclaimed wait you forgot something she said okay and NEVER came back!

I have been coming to McDonald's in many different states since I was age 2. It is always a fun experience to progress from the happy meal to a adult entree. Prices have gone up considerably but I personally think it's worth it. I am just happy to be able to take my kids to McDonald's much the same as my father took me five times a week minimum. I have been struggling lately to find a healthier menu there. I think they should have a few more options for that

there was hair in my food and they gave me 2 small coffees when I ordered and paid for mediums, then argued with me and refused to give me the proper size when I pointed out that they were obviously smalls. there is clearly poor training and hygiene practices at this store.
