It was my first time at this Michoacana and I was very satisfied with my experience. The workers are very friendly and patient. It took me a minute to look through their menu but they gave me positive attitude. I ordered icecream and a mangonada. The desserts were really good!!! After getting my mangonada, I walked around the mall for a bit and came back to the place. They willingly added more tajin when i asked for it. Overall, great experience.

The lady that was working on Sunday was very rude making fun of the customer and cursing while making fun of the customer! Will not be coming back this is sickening! Am pretty sure she will act like she did not do anything when the manager sees this comment! Over priced and bad service!Bought some desserts here on Sunday January 21st around 12:55-1:15 pm there was a young man and the rude young lady! So amazing how she could use profanity in front of customers And not think twice about it!

This seems to be a new store at the Town Center Mall. You name it, they have it. I saw someone order a most incredible ice cream creation. It was in a glass, and had scoops of ice cream, sticks of ice cream, whipped cream plus other ingredients. Very impressive and surely pricey too. My husband wanted Mango ice cream, so I went to check them out and get him one cup. It was good but they only had the gelato type of mango. I'm not huge fan of gelato, but the Mango taste was great. They were out of Raspberry flavor, so I chose Pistachio. Wow, it was good! Christian the server/cashier was very nice and polite. I will go back soon for another flavor!

Not only did the guy that checked me out forget to make my order but then questioned if I had my ticket. I asked what did you forget you checked me out? But honestly you're getting robbed for what you get. Asked for a chicarrón preparado and I'll Guess they were running now with supplies?? Not to mention it's a $12 for a snack and on top of that barley anything added on. Save ur money and goes to another location you fix your munchies. Not to even mentioned I also tipped. SMH.
