Awful especially on fridays theres absolutely no food prepped, very slow, jips you out of your food even when you order extra, and the african american girl with black hair that checked me out was very rude, definitely DONT recommend had to order extra beef and rice just to get a decent sized meal they had 2 protein choices and EXTREMELY LIMITED vegies AND NO chips and i wasnt told before hand that all of these things were missing just that they only had beef and tofu as protein

This is the worst Moe’s I’ve been to, go off campus and spend your money. Only reason I’ll give it two stars is because everyone but the cashier was pretty chill.1) why can’t I customize my stack like I can at literally any other location? By the time I sat down and started eating, I realized how tiny of a meal they gave me.2) Is this location supposed to also be special in the way where it’s the only Moe’s that doesn’t offer a military discount? Been to over 20 locations and every single one honors a military discount.3) look at the other reviews, apparently it’s more common to have a worse experience than I did$12 lesson learned today, don’t bother eating here on campus ?

i consistently wait 10+ minutes for a simple bowl, but can wait up to over an hour. the cashier is rude, when i asked (politely) for something to make my time worth it, she shook her head and walked away, and to top it all off, they forgot my olives.

Manager was getting onto the employees and she was the problem holding the line up. Odd situation - slowest Moe’s I’ve been to. Teamwork would go along way if the manager had some training herself.Young staff and overall they were friendly and worked. The rhythm was all out of whack it was if none of them were trained.Could be worse - ⭐️⭐️?

Why do they charge for rice now. The staff works in slow motion and they don’t put much of what you ask for. Got a stack which was made poorly and they barely put enough of what I asked for inside it.

I have loved Moe's since they opened, but I gotta break up with them now. After several years of hoping they wouldn't go down hill, they have. Apparently, the franchise in Kennesaw went corporate; and now it's awful. Moe's has changed the menu & pricing... AGAIN for the 5th time in 5 years. It's a burrito dude; STOP overthinking the menu. If corporate cares, here are your problems: 1.) Stop changing the menu. Simplify pricing and stop with the add on's. $2.00 here. .40 there...just give one price and quit with the "bait and switch" pricing. If a burrito is listed as 8.99, it shouldn't be $13.54 by time I leave. 2.) You've cut costs by using plain, thin brown paper bags without your logo. Takes away from the overall quality. Not to mention, it's clear you've become chintzy with chips. 3.) You changed the recipe for the chilled roasted corn salsa. Now it's warmed and looks like Chipotle. It doesn't taste good. I come to Moe's BECAUSE it's not Chipotle. Don't copy. Not a good look. Be confident in the product you sell. 4.) When I asked what spices were on the Adobe Chicken, little man making my burrito had to ask mama manager what was the seasoning in Adobo. She walks over and literally says "It tastes like Adobo seasoning." Um, really? Thanks...WHAT even is that? Gaw. Good Lord. Nevermind. 5.) Sides have increased in price by 50-75%. Guac went from .99 to $1.49 and queso went from $1.29-$1.99. 6.) They no longer offer fresh lime on your burrito in line. Just adds an extra step for me. 7.) Though the menu prices my burrito at $8.99, it's $13.54 by time I leave. Who do you think you are? Chic-fil-A? You used to be good, but now you're the McDonald's of TexMex. Today's burrito was dry, tasted differently and wasn't the delicious usual Moe's I've grown to love. I gently said "This is my last visit. I won't be back" to which the manager replied "We'll miss you." I replied "No you won't." She ran to the back of the store to hide. Keep in mind, I was the ONLY person in the store. Apparently, I'm not alone in my disappointment.Just label me a b**** though instead of heeding your customers wants. Good luck.

Every time I have gone and asked for double beans they would give me it (I am willing to pay extra), but recently this one lady says “oh it’s not an option you can’t get an extra scoop of beans” . Like what I can’t even pay for an extra scoop? Won’t be going when she is working again.

Really expensive for a really small portion of food

Government run Moe’s, workers have terrible attitude and 0 customer service. Seems like the portions are much smaller than a regular moes too

Price vs quantity graph is the worst. You could fill your tummy when you eat outside the campus.
