I have gone to this place several times of the about 6 years and I've never been disappointed. The food always comes out hot and cooked to perfection. They also offer beers and wine there as well if that's what you are looking for.10-10 would definitely recommend.Pro tip try the Otter Sauce.

My daughter just picked up food from this location. And not only was the order incorrect, it was the worst we’ve ever had. If we didn’t live so far away, I would’ve gone back and either gotten our money back or got the correct order (she works near this location). We ordered fried tenders… but they were grilled and tasteless. Our fries were also tasteless and soggy. And the honey mustard sauce was like water with a strange taste. I wasn’t expecting the food to be hot as we live a little ways away. But aside from that, this was the worst food we’ve ever gotten from Otters.

This was my first and last time going to this place. It took over an hour for me to get my food. People came in way after I did and ordered the same thing I did and still got their food before me. once they realized that they didn't have my food they try to rush it. My French fries were burnt and my chicken was undercooked I had to bring it home and put it in the air fryer to get some kind of flavor on it. I am a veteran so I got my meal for free on Veterans Day but if I had to go back and pay for a meal I would not do it.

Used to be one of our favorite joints, but is going downhill FAST. Food is coming out lower quality, and recently are having a night so bad we are considering never coming back. Kitchen is jacking things up for everyone. Long line and consistently incorrect orders coming out to us and folks around. You should probably pass this one up, sad to say.

This was my first time going to this restaurant. I ordered my food and waited 2 hours to get it. I watched customers leave, come back and still have to wait, so frustration filled the environment. When I finally received my food, the chicken tenders were horrible. They were dry, hard and tasted like they were fried in extremely old cooking oil. The bright spot was the well-seasoned fries. I also witnessed customers who returned to complain about food they received. The two young ladies taking orders were doing their best to control the situation, but it seemed like the kitchen staff was really overwhelmed and wait times kept getting extended.

This was the worst experience that i have ever had at this restaurant.I waited over 25 minutes for two orders do French fries after the young lady (Kia) who took my order ALLOWED my order sit on the counter for 20 minutes after my order was placed.The only reason that I didn’t say anything sooner is because I was of the assumption that I was wishing on hot and fresh fries until I realized that everyone ahead of me and even people who came in minutes AFTER ME had received in their food.Not only did my fries get cold but my family was forced to wait on me outside of the restaurant in the dark because we didn’t expect to wait this long.While I do not want her fired this is unacceptable and felt very intentional as all of young ladies looked at me in their face as I was forced to wait 20 minutes until I asked for an update on my food.

Tonight, October 27th the chicken strip were awful! I ordered a 5 piece tenders which were very small in size, hard and curled up. Even the fries tonight were terrible I tried calling the restaurant but no one picked up. I will never return.

Spent $85 on dinner for the fam tonight. Ordered it to go... got home and everyone had overcooked fries. Can't even eat them! Same grease as the tenders? Think so because they weren't t good either. Such a waste of money. Very unhappy ! Never had this problem at the location at the avenues west cobb location.
