Called 5 minutes prior to pulling up to location. Told them I had 16 orders of bigger plates and if they could do it. They told me yes and to come in. Went in, ordered my 16 bigger plates for my construction crew, and they got every order correct and took care of what I needed. Was in and out in about 15 minutes of wait time. Highly satisfied with the service. Abigail, mick, and jessica, I give 2 thumbs up too.Great customer service ? ? cooks did a great job as well.

My experience was horrible and if I had read the review before I went there like I should have, I would’ve never went there in the first place the girl with the glasses on the black girl serving food with the same gloves on that she’s handling money with who does that I mean I don’t know who trained these people but it’s disgusting and you don’t ever ever have to worry about me coming back there again in life. you don’t even have a rating for how terrible my experience was there. And what I don’t understand is why people keep patronizing your restaurant with the service that you provide horrible, horrible, horrible

Ought to be ASHAMED of the spoonful of rice & Lo Mein & not to mention Entrees they give you in a SO called big plate & bowl. I mean it's literally 2-3 teaspoons of servings. I ordered 2 days in a row just to see if things would change but it didn't & this the type of nonsense that'll make you dispute on your card. If IM spending my money give me what I paid for especially for the prices you're charging. A baby can't get full off that!

Just ge a food to go, person /store manager or shift manager/who helps me whit my orders was nice and quick, he arranged the food very,,smart'' so when I get home / I live so close/ and boxes shaking little bit in car get empty on half , specially chow main. This is SO uncorrect , and is not for first time.I recommending another location....... I will not coming again to this one.

Ordered food at 8:30PM when they close at 10PM on a Saturday Night. When we got there we were told that they didn't have any of our entrees we ordered. This has happened multiple times. If you plan on having a late dinner, I would not suggest this Panda Express. The employees purposely stop making entrees at a certain time before close it seems like. If that's the case, that's fine, but have a cutoff time for your online ordering to let online customers have the ability to plan ahead. Definitely contacting corporate to let them know about this shady stuff going on here. Definitely not going back.

Whoever is working the counter this afternoon (black female with glasses) has zero interest in helping a customer. She piddles around trying to look busy, makes no effort to take an order, and visibly tries to ignore you. The food selection looked old, and some trays had hardly anything in it. From the experience today, I wouldn't trust the food or that my order wasn't messed with somehow. I'll never go to this place again.
