Yesterday around 9:30 PM I place to go order and when I got home, there was hair in my food. When I got home to call the store back at 9:40pm there was no one answer.So the next day I called and the manager said there is nothing they can do about it.After my girlfriend accuse me of cheating, and she threw the food away.If the store close at 10, why don’t you all answer the phone until 10. This all could’ve been resolved if they would’ve still answer the phone.First time I had this type of experience there. No me the food is good and no hair near my food.Word of advice check your food before leaving because if you place a late order, they will not answer the phone.

Their food is great. The service and consistency is lacking. When they have live music it is slow loud your head will hurt. I’ve eaten there a couple times and sat on their patio. Music was still too loud out there. Since there food I good I’ve switched to ordering on DoorDash. But that’s where I now have consistency issues and missing ingredients. I normally get the Vaca Frita. Some times it comes with a plantain, and sometimes it doesn’t. It will come with a ton of onions and less meat or all meat and a little onions. Same thing goes for a ton of congris and little beef or vice versa. If I order their churrasco steak the chimichurri sauce is in the container half the time. If something comes with papis sauce there’s typically not enough in there. I have started ordering extra and it seems there is even less in them some times. They close their DoorDash hours early so I call and pick up sometimes. Whoever typically answers the phone is rude and you can’t hear over the music in the background. She makes me feel like I’m inconveniencing her and even if I call an hour before close I get told I barely got my order in and then have been told picking up my order 30 minutes before close I should order earlier. I’ve been told present in the restaurant that your kitchen is closing and I have to place an order right then, and it’s been 10 minutes before close. I’d honestly give them 1 star based on the attitude of the staff and the inconsistency, but the food is good. Just don’t go on nights with music and have low expectations on service and staff.Message to the manager or the owner. You guys have a great thing going, and I’d order your food more if it wasn’t just a frustrating process. Your staff makes me feel like the posted time you close is the time they expect to go home, and if that’s the case then adjust your hours and close earlier. If you could get consistency down with orders I’d keep ordering but for now I’m over getting my food to not have it be what it is in person.

Order at least once a week, went into the restaurant once the staff were very rude. Music is WAY TO LOUD. But the food is sooo good and authentic. Door dash shuts off an hour before close which is kind of ridiculous. Worth the meal to order take away but certainly not worth dining in.

CROOKS! Papi's has now charged my credit card 3 times for $70.51 for a mediocre meal that I had 3 weeks ago. I can't get an English speaking manager to assist me and no one from their corporate is answering my emails. There ToGo person named Alma is running the show over there. She always says that the manager is in a meeting and then just throws down the phone. Terrible indiviual she also answers the phone by saying hello instead if the company greeting. All I can do is laugh. Guess I will have to dispute this one too. The next step will have legal ramifications. It's a principle thing now. It's a shame. This used to be on of our main restaurants for business lunches and catering. Papi's Kennesaw has been wiped from our list. Damn CROOKS!

This place is DELICIOUS in capital letters. I went today and everything was so fresh and good. Feels like grandma cook for me. You need to try the meat ? and the grilled fish.P.D try 3 leches dessert ?

To be very clear, I like this restaurant and its food. I show my parents a new good restaurant every month. It was Papis this time. I got there @ 6:50, parents got there @ 7:15, music started around 7:30. It was loud and we asked them to turn it down a little when they were warming up. Owner came to our table and told us that the dining area was for people that liked music, and if we didn't like music, we could sit on the porch. I like music but we couldn't hear each other talk. We shoveled our food and left. The server apologized repeatedly. If you told me this was going to happen when I sat down, I wouldn't have brought them here, and I probably won't be back. At least for a very long time. I wanted a nice dinner with my family, not a dance club at concert volumes while my father gets disrespected by staff. Food was good, server was good, environment and management was horrible, I'm a mechanic that works in loud environments, but this left MY ears ringing on the ride home.

Food was excellent, service was meh.Two things to watch for, if you have three couples eating together (but paying separately) you’re hit with a large party mandatory 20% tip.If the service is great it’s one thing, if it’s good, that’s still ok. When I have to chase down my server for water and napkins… do better.Restaurants should pay a living wage rather than extort diners at the end of their meal.

2nd time here this month. Food is so delicious and good. I love latin food. the tostones with the green and white sauce is so yummy. the yucca with mojo so delicious. so much stuff i love off the menu too many to name. Food is perfectly seasoned not too little nor too much. the waiter the last time was ok but the server on my recent visit was exceptional.
