Like everything in Kennesaw Pizza Hut SUX was charged $21.00 for a medium pizza they called a large . Like all the Pizza Huts around here , you can't eat inside.....Pizza Hut you are killing yourself and we are losing a great pizza for sorry service and no inside dinning

I ordered thru the app. Pizza said ready in 45 min. Get to the store and the lady said her GM walked out on her @5:30 pm today and my pizza wasn't ready. Couldn't give me a refund until tomorrow. I'm so pissed off. So how am I supposed to feed my family. Can't get my money back until next week sometime. This location is trash. 4/13/2024 order placed @ 7:47 to get to the store to see no food being made. I feel the management at this location needs a few classes. Or close this location after looking at these reviews

This place has 3 people working and there is no operating strategy, nobody wearing gloves making food...the back looks old and unkempt, lighting is dreary. No one is working with a sense of urgency. I won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered through the app. Found out the delivery was going to be made by Doordash. They were late. When the pizza arrived, it was cold. The order was incorrect. Ordered a Pan Pizza, received a hand-tossed pizza. Tried calling the store, kept getting disconnected after a few dozen rings. Finally contacted someone, asked to speak with the manager, was put on hold for 22 minutes before I hung up and called back. Eventually spoke to a manager (DAVE) who apologized and offered to credit my account back. Still have not seen the credit on my account.

THIS STORE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!THE MANAGER DOES NOT PERFORM CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN AN ORDER IS NOT DONE CORRECTLY! HE IS RACIST. HE WAITED ON 2 GROUPS OF CUSTOMERS THAT CAME IN AFTER ME. I AM WHITE. THE MANAGER AND THE CUSTOMERS WERE NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE TO GET A REFUND OF MY MONEY! I WAS GOING TO FILE CHARGES OF THEFT AND REVERSE DISCRIMINATION. THE POLICE WERE VERY HELPFUL IN RESOLVING THIS DISPUTE AND GOT A REFUND OF ALL MY MONEY, EXCEPT FOR THE TIP. ONE PIZZA WAS MISSING FROM THE ORDER, AND ONE OTHER ONE WAS BURNT. I WOULD GIVE LESS THAN ONE STAR IF I COULD!!!!!!!

Ordered a large pizza and it came very quickly. Unfortunately it was completely raw underneath. Totally blonde crust and zero color on bottom. I called the store and spoke with a lady who asked me "what do you want me to do"? I responded, I was just letting you know that my pizza is completely raw. She replied with, "I'll let the district manager know to check the oven temps." I was slightly stunned and just said ok then, and ended up hanging up. Now I am pissed , as I'm currently heating my own oven to finish cooking it myself. I'll never order from this location again and I'll have to email corporate (which I hate to do) to get my money back.

For the price of the food, by the wings do not come with the food is ridiculous. They do not accommodate to customers. The worst experience.
Are the dasher I have to say waiting over 15 minutes to then be told that I'll be waiting another half hour because they're currently an hour and 15 minutes behind on schedule. This place is inexcusably understaffed and the franchise owner should know better.

Excellent service the manager is a really nice woman. She is very effective at her job has the place running like clockwork. There were multiple DoorDash drivers waiting on orders, so obviously many of the KSU ?students rely on Pizza ? Hut for hot pies.They would get five stars from me but it don’t hang with Mellow or some of the gourmet pizzerias in the area.
