We have eaten at Scallenni's/ Provino's for over 30 years. It has always had the most incredible rolls and salad. Beyond compare on the rolls. We had family in town this week, so I ordered takeout from the family-size menu. Chicken Parm and meatballs, which came with a huge amount of pasta with meat sauce, salad and rolls. From the moment I called, it was an amazing experience. Steven and Patrick were wonderful over the phone, and the sweet hostess (I failed to get her name) was unbelievable...even helping me get everything in my car! The food was delicious. My NY family absolutely loved it! 5 STARS

I forgot to take pictures before we started digging in. The atmospheres was really nice and the service was amazing. We went for a family members birthday and they gave her a free desert and meal for her day. Which is so sweet to do. The food came with salad and rolls to start and they were very good. The salad was full of flavor and a dressing. The rolls are soft and warm with garlic butter all over them and in the bowl they sat in. Our meal came and it all looked and smelled amazing. My daughter got her usual of shrimp Alfredo and she ate it all of course. She also said this was the best Alfredo that she has had anywhere so far. She was very impressed. Our family loves Italian and the menus had a lot of options to choose from so there is something for everyone. It’s in a very convenient location and also had Tesla superchargers right in the back parking lot. We were very happy with our night out and will be going back again.

I tried this place for my wedding anniversary because we love Italian food. But, the food was not good. My chicken and broccoli pasta tasted frozen and reheated and my husband's lasagna missed the mark on taste. The crust on the canoli was soggy. I give this place a 2-star because the portions were plenty. Overall, I was very disappointed with this place and do not believe that this is an authentic Italian restaurant.

Yesterday evening, I watched the store manager Steve ( I took a card to call corporate but it has his information on it) yell at an employee for not wanting to cover someone else’s shift. He pointed in the young ladies face and talked vulgar. The employee did not yell back or give him a response so he continued to yell. I honestly want to know is there a way for me to send the video of his actions to corporate. I was very surprised to see a member of management act such a way. He clearly does not know how to speak in a professional manner and his actions were out of wack. I hope the young lady is okay after that incident because it was VERY inappropriate of him. The experience I saw was so bad , I honestly wanted to take my food back and get a refund. I feel bad to have supported a business that talks to their employees that way. I will be reaching out to contact Provino’s corporate office to find a way to forward this video of his actions. It honestly needs to be seen by someone above him and he needs to reprimanded or demoted. I have been going to this restaurant since a child and this by far was the worse experience to witness with my eyes.

Provino's is a good Italian restaurant with great food and great service. My husband had the sausage and chicken with penne pasta and I had the spaghetti and meatballs with rosatella sauce. The entrees are served with salad and garlic rolls. Everything was delicious.
