It is awesome being able to pick the exact sushi you want to eat and Revolving sushi has both a conveyor for standard sushi delivery and a monorail delivery method for special orders. It makes for great food and a great time!

The service at this rotating sushi restaurant is terrible. I have eaten here several times with my husband and children. The service was bad every time. I remember that once I paid with a card and gave an 18% tip. Later I found that they changed my tip without authorization and charged me several more dollars. There was almost no service in this restaurant. They didn't come to greet me after I got the water. Even in the end, I paid and signed before I left the seat. A young male waiter started to clean my seat, which was very rude. The second time I came, it was an old lady waiter. She didn't serve except for getting water and chairs, but I still gave them an 18% tip because I think it's really not easy for them to be waiters at such an old age. The third time I came to this restaurant was the worst experience ever. Because my children like to eat sushi, I came to this restaurant again. This time the waiter was an old man. I was standing at the cashier to make a reservation. He saw me and looked at me with a very unhappy look. He kept staring at me, and I felt offended. He later took us to sit down and was not polite at all, without any smile, I asked him to get a high chair for my one year old child, he ignored me and went to get water, when he came back to give us water, I asked him again to help get the high chair, he was very impatient, and didn't serve us later, the two tables in front and behind me were served, and they were all very polite, especially the white table, he was very attentive, often greeted with a smile, I felt we were racially discriminated against, so I gave him a very small tip this time, I know this old man waiter is Chinese and looks like Cantonese, I don't understand why this restaurant is served by a group of old guys, poor service, poor appearance, poor attitude, unprofessionalism affects our appetite.

First time coming here. Environment is super friendly, they explained everything on how it works, simple and delicious. We ordered dinner a la carte and the train brought it to us! It's just a great way to create memories with good food!

Service is not good here. They gave us plastic cups for the sauce. Sushi quality is below average. Very difficult to order soups , drinks, etc. would prefer going to proper sushi restaurant rather than coming to revolving sushi. Kids like robot , revolving belt but food quality is bad.

This is the second Revolving Sushi Factory location I've been to, here in Kennesaw/Town Lake. The restaurant always stays really busy so I would definitely recommend calling ahead or expect a wait time of anywhere between 15 to 45 minutes.The experience is worth it though, the tablet UI continues to get updated and food comes via servers, cat robots, and the railway train on top of the conveyor belt. You can see the total price as you order from the system. They have a small section for those that are single diners.My only gripe is that I wish it wouldn't be so hard to grab the attention of the server who oversees the table; using the call button doesn't seem to work sometimes.
