Took my friend here to just have dinner. The restaurant was empty, but to me, that's perfect. We enjoyed delicious, thick Alfredo, and the butternut squash ravioli was amazing. The atmosphere was calm and the volume was ambiant. Will come back.

The waitress was a nice person. She did not refill my drink til I asked her. No forks....had to get up and get my napkins. My pizza tasted like the metal plate it was brought to me on. The metal plate was unclean with a strong unclean smell. I thought I was going to throw up. The manager came over and the first thing he said was ..... "I'm not going to make you pay for it".....never checked on me. We left all the pizza there .

We have been frequent customer's of this restaurant and last night was a total disappointment. Arrived before 5pm and there was only 1 server available making service very very very slow. Bigger party here with several other customers in restaurant. Soup of the day was delivered cold and sent back, rolls were delivered very late in dining and the order of Eggplant placed were advised they were out? Had the meatloaf entre and it was loaded with more onions and not a lot of flavor. Again very disappointed here. Was advised that owners were out of the states, and maybe they need to attend to their business instead. Not sure if we need to return anytime soon...Parking: Convenient right in front no issues there.

Let me start this review by saying that I generally don't write bad reviews. If I have nothing good to say, I just don't go back. However, I'm making an exception today because it was not a good experience. My husband and I chose to eat dinner here Friday night. We were seated fairly quickly. Waitress came and asked for our drink order. We weren't given any menus, food or drink, so thinking we were at an Italian restaurant, hubby ordered Sambuca and I ordered a glass of Chianti. There was no sambuca, so hubby ordered Grand Marnier. Waitress goes to bar, comes back with a bottle of a "knock off" Grand Marnier and hubby agrees. It was terrible. Waitress brings menu, hubby notices on the menu there is a "Grand Marnier Pork Shank". But wait, they don't have Grand Marnier so how can they make this dish? They also have Chicken or Shrimp Picatta and they have a salmon dish, so I requested salmon picatta. Waitress said no can do, no substitutions, not even for upcharge. (They upcharged for a caesar salad, upcharged for shrimp picatta). I will say husband ordered lasagna and it was good. I ordered shrimp picatta. Shirmp were small, mealy and tasteless. I ate 1/2 of a shirmp and left the rest. There were so many onions on the dish that it was inedible. Now, that's the last time that we saw Lenae, our waitress, until it was time for the bill. We had to stop another waiter and request rolls once our entree's arrived. Eventually the missing waitress appears with the check. Please note on the photo, we were charged $8.50 for a "Grand Marnier". Suggested tip options are 18%, 20% or 22%. Hubby grew up in restaurants, so we generally don't leave less than 20% but in this instance we made an exception. We did only eave 15% tip. If the restaurant is short cutting the "main" ingredient on their menu, what other short cuts are they taking.

It's been a while since we've been here, and we were pleasantly surprised. Food was amazing, and our waitress Debbie was just great! Very reasonable prices. We'll be back soon!

The only italian choice in an area flooded by italian restaurants. Just go here and you'll be happy.

I’d give them 10 stars if I could! Debbie and Caroline were so friendly, easy going and comfortable, as if we’d been friends for years. They were attentive, but not overbearing. The FOOD! Oh my gosh, the food was easily the best Italian food I have ever had, hands down. It was so flavorful and high quality! We will most definitely be back again very soon, at our new favorite date night spot!

Food is good... service is questionable. My rating is about the owner. The rate of employee turnover is a reflection of his misguided anger and expectations. New Years Day posted hours were 3-8.. arriving at 6:30..we were disappointed because the restaurant was closed. As patrons.. spending around $300 a month..the owner opened the door and said they closed early because there had only been 4 tables. I was disappointed but angered because of hours posted and closed early without posting so I expressed that only to be insulted by the owner... apparently he doesn't need my service because it is obvious he doesn't want my service.

For years I have loved coming to this restaurant with my family to celebrate birthdays or just to get some delicious Italian food. it was my favorite restaurant and i always got the ravioli with Alfredo and chicken and broccoli. i came by recently and i couldn't get my food with broccoli anymore and i had to ask the server 3 times before i got bread and when the food got out there a lot more oil then there should be . I walked out with a full sick feeling instead of feeling fat and happy. Again I want to restate that i have been going here for decades as a child to now a grown man and still have found memories of this place i just wish y'all could find your pep again and start moving around like the customers matter.

Ate there last night as a backup plan, as there was an hour wait at Doros. We walked up to the hostess stand, and were seated promptly. There were only 6 tables seated, and noticed at least 4 servers, so we figured service would be quick. Waited almost 10 minutes for someone to come and take our drink order. She brought drinks and rolls (which were good), and told us someone else would be our server. After at least 5 more minutes, our order was taken, but waitress did not write anything down. Of course this resulted in onions being in the salad (GF requested none). We had to ask for silverware/napkins, as there were none on table. Waitress never once asked how food was or if we needed refills. To top it off, there was some drama going on with one of the servers, and a cook had to come out to calm her down. Wait staff just genuinely seemed to not want to be there. On a side note, we were charged $1 more for each of our meals than was priced on the menu.

We really love their Chicago deep dish pizza. It takes 45 min to cook but it's huge and cheesy!

Been coming here for years but today was the best experience ever. The food was excellent. My kids and I ordered pizza (there's is the best around) and meatballs which my son loved. We ordered cheesecake for dessert which was OUTSTANDING. Chicken Alfredo pizza is a MUST HAVE here. Great food and great service. Look forward to seeing the renovations when those are complete.

Totally ran by this place on accident. Was not disappointed in the slightest with this family own and ran establishment. The owner was friendly. The food came out in a timely manner and was absolutely delicious. Other than the decor being a little dated, the pictures of family and friends gave the ambience of home. Eating at a lot of Italian restaurants in the metro area and the country as gas as that goes, you might get one or two of these things, but never all of them in one place. The authentic taste and textures of the food is why this hidden gem will become a weekly occurrence for our family. Great job guys!

Terrible. Customer service. We paid for our appetizers and went to Provinos. We won’t be going back. I took my family there for 5 years, then stopped going there for 10 because of their service, I started going again, then last night family came in from out of town so we went there for our dinner. Soda machine wasn’t working, but we got something different but then when we started trying to order our dinner, everything was a big fat no. Even Longhorn’s does substitutes. There is NOTHING for the person who is trying to watch their weight. What I asked for was very reasonable but no matter what i asked for, she would come back with a no. So we finally said bye. It wasn’t the waitresses fault. My son felt bad she was going to miss out on a good tip because we probably would have spent over $100, which we ended up doing at Provino’s

The service and our food were excellent. This was our fourth time eating here, and we have never been disappointed. We all loved the butternut squash ravioli appetizer (even the 1½ year old!) The fresh pesto sauce on the gnocchi is some of the best I've ever had. Our table also thoroughly enjoyed the lobster ravioli, spinach ravioli, and the Tour d'Italy platter.
