Guys don’t do it, ain’t nothing wrong with going to long horn steak house. Save yourself 300 dollars, please!! No effort in any items we got including apps, drinks, and sides. Worst thing was the steaks which are ridiculously priced for nothing!! Make sure to bring a scale as well cause I guarantee the weight is def off by 3-4 ozs.

The meal was underwhelming. The filets were tough, the sides were under seasoned. For $400 I should not have to send my soup back and when they brought the entree the plate broke in half and they asked to put it on another plate instead of cooking another one

The manager called me last minute to cancel my reservations for the tastemaker dinner because “everyone else canceled”. So now I have to find a new restaurant for my 5 year anniversary at the last minute. Very upsetting and disappointing. I would recommend the Alpharetta location it’s always a good time

I just got my MCAT score back and my wife and I went out to celebrate. She loves Ruth's Chris so we chose it.We sat down to dirty glassware and they exchanged it. The part that was disappointing was the service. The waiter was absent for long periods of time. He required close to 20-30minutes to do one thing like bring a dessert menu or bring boxes to pack our meals. We finally decided to ask another passing waiter to bring a box for our dessert because we were tired of waiting to leave the restaurant. For the money spent this was a very disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend dining at this location.

We ordered 2 burgers medium well to go. We get to our room one has no cheese, and the other one is missing the top bun. The burger was not good my wife didn't even finish hers. We have had there burgers in the past at a different location and where probly one of the best burgers. Not sure if it was do to take out and they don't care what they give or just no care at all. When I came back to get the bun they didn't even apologize just kinda laughed about it.

It’s been a while since my wife and I had visited Ruth’s Chris due to a previous bad experience. Today’s however, they over-delivered both our expectations. My steak was perfect and, by far, the best I’ve had all year. Being fish lover, my wife’s salmon was also amazing. Additionally I’ve got to mentioned the service; starting with the host to our amazing server, Matthew —- All concerned were on point. Thank you Ruth’s Chris for resetting my expectations with a fantastic experience today!!

My bartender Dan had excellent service! He was very attentive was extremely knowledgeable about each menu item. Melody was my server and her energy is immaculate! She was also extremely knowledgeable about the chef’s specials and the ingredients in each dish. My friend had a gluten allergy and she worked hard on making us feel comfortable. Thank you to these two individuals, they made my experience at Ruth’s Chris amazing!

After giving them a 5 star last year, I can only give then a 3 this time. I took my wife there for her birthday. It was not the experience I expected from last year.While the steak was awesome the sides were disappointing. Creamed spinach lacked flavor, and was missing seasoning. The onion rings were great. The lyonnais potatoes were not properly prepared, as the onions were all on the bottom and not mixed with the potatoes, which were dry and slightly over cooked (they shouldn't crunch) . My wife ordered her steak Oscar, and the sauce was broken. Asparagus still had the woody ends attached, which really wasn't appealing. The bread was almost burnt on the bottom. One of the dirty martinis wasn't dirty. They had replaced the lighting in one room to a really harsh Brite light vs. the nice soft white lighting in the adjoining room, which really destroyed the romantic atmosphere. For a Friday night, the restaurant was surprisingly empty. At one time, there were only 8 tables occupied during the prime dinner hours. Our waiter seemed really nervous and was also not very attentive as he would disappear or a couple of times made a round trip thru the dining area without checking on us. He definitely needed more training on professionalism.I hope they figure out what a high-end restaurant should be. I've had better at Longhorns in Cartersville.
