Happy with the place, the food, the workers, the owners. I will definitely go many more times.

It makes me sad to see everything that people behind a screen can write, to reach the point of wanting to close a store, due to a mistake! To qualify people for a brief moment, they want empathy but they are not empathetic but to receive you must also give. Each of you should question yourselves in your work, if for a mistake you are fired, for a mistake your business is closed, we are human and it is normal to make mistakes, I have visited many restaurants, I never have the intention of denigrating any place, I went three times in one week to a place and the three times I felt the food was different, you cook at home and you will feel that the rice does not look the same, they want perfectionism in an imperfect world, I go to eat places and it is unpleasant to see the clients how they leave the dishes dirty premises, tables, they destroy things, utensils on the floor, they imagine that they will take a photo of how they leave them, and they want everything to be perfect in seconds! They question. Rudeness on someone's part, but it's normal, do you always wake up happy? The problems stay at home, so we say and try, but we know that they influence, and the one who mentioned about mice, it is something that can happen, in your house they must also exist and that does not mean that you are unpleasant, another said about dirty bathrooms, but how do they leave the Other people's bathroom is terrible. Mistakes are made in every place, surgeons, dentists, chefs, engineers, everyone! That's not why I'm going to get someone fired just because everything wasn't the way I wanted! Anyway, I have been to the place, and the owners are some of the best people I have ever seen, the workers are super incredible, and they always try to give their best, and treat the customers well. The food is delicious. I had a business too, I know what it's like to work under pressure and want everything to be perfect, but it's difficult! Don't write hurtful things, think about how those who receive these texts would feel! And don't excuse yourself by saying it's for them to improve, for that you must have tactics, respect, and love to make things seen!

The food is not as good as it used to be. Our waitress and cook were very nice and the atmosphere is enjoyable. But the food... Probably will not go back. :(

This used to be our favorite celebration spot and I used to love stopping by to pick up a reasonably priced lunch on the go. I understand why they likely stopped doing lunch, it was probably not too profitable anymore, so I won’t hold that against them. However, the last time we went in for a celebration dinner, the prices had seemingly jumped very high. Nearly $30 for a hibachi meal and soft drink. The wait staff and sadly the chef seemed super rushed to hurry us all along. The rice was literally not cooked - it was crunchy and cold. The veggies were undercooked, crisp and cold, the steak portions were puny, the salad had more water in the bottom than dressing - that’s always been an issue there. After tax and tip (which was difficult to part with given the rushed service and no refill offers) it was around $75 for two people. I have health issues and am on disability (tmi, I know), so it’s a lot for me to feel like I’m wasting a solid chunk of money on an experience like this. I miss the older days when the chefs were more lively and the food was good! I know everyone has raised prices recently, but you can compensate for that by continuing to provide quality food and experience, which they sadly no longer do.

This place was so good in the past. You can really tell the quality of the food and level of service has REALLY gone down.Save your money and go to Volcano.

Terrible experienceWe had a 6:30 reservation and was told we weren’t going to be seated for an additional 20 minutes. Once we were seated no one took our drink order for 30 minutes. I actually had to go to the bar to tell an employee that our entire table of three separate parties that no one has come by. After our drink and food orders were finally placed , another 30 minutes passed with no drinks and no food. Not even glasses of water. At that point we left and will be sure to never return. Almost an hour and a half of a Friday night wasted. Save yourself the trouble.
