WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Super dehydrated stopped by at 1:43 to get smoothie. I pulled in driver thru (which had NO LINE) and was told to hold on. Getting frustrated after 5mins of me waiting i just pulled around to window and saw “Kayla”the manager; not only not taking orders, but digging in the tip jar. She opened the window and i asked what was taking so long and that I’d been waiting for 5 minutes. She was rude snappy and inconsiderate! I asked to speak with manager she said she was the manager i asked how to make a complaint she said to use my receipt! A receipt she didn’t ever give me!This all happened today! 2/27/24

I have been coming here for some time now and have gradually watched their service and quality plummet. Today will be my last time going to this location. The service was horrible, the order was wrong and it was gritty like the powder didn't mix properly.

Poor customer service by management. I dropped In today to get my normal pb swizzle. I was told that they were behind and to pull out of drive through and they would bring it out shortly. What they brought me was BRICK solid. I was starving, but decided to just go ahead drive home and let it thaw out. When it finally thawed, the granola was chewy, the blueberries still frozen and the bananas were soggy. Not to mention the base was very much frozen n frothy. Overall it did not taste fresh. It tasted like it had been frozen. I called and spoke to Kayla said she couldn’t give me a refund over the phone and that she’d take my info and they “probably” would remake it for me. Hearing this “probably” i just decided to leave my house, get back in my car, drive back to the store and requested that they both refund and remake it for my inconvenience. The workers refused saying that management (Christine/Kristine) will not allow it. They would only give me a refund. This is poor service given that you didn’t make it according to protocol in the first place. I was sold a product that did NOT meet expectations and had to get back in my car and drive back here to get my money back. Proper customer care would have been to remake it due to my inconvenience of this incompetence. Very dissatisfied. Kristine they had you on the phone and you said you wouldn’t allow it. So bizarre. And yes I’ve submitted my complaint through the website you’ve posted on other complaints mentioned here. Do better please.

Definitely a zero! On-line app users beware!!!!! After placing and paying for order on-line, my daughter was told upon arrival to pick-up that they were out of ingredients for the smoothie bowl. They gave a cash refund for one smoothie bowl when I paid for two. The other location has done the same thing and didn't offer a refund. My daughter asked for one and they told her they were unable to provide a refund for on-line purchases. So basically they steal your money and provide no product. So I'm not sure if all Smoothie Kings are thieves or just these two franchises. SO DON'T PLACE ORDERS ON-LINE!!!!!!

Inconsistency from all smoothie kings in my area. Including this one. Sometimes too thick sometimes too water, too sweet, lack of flavor etc. This time they blended mine, and one of the employees said "you made it too thick" to the other employee, added more water and blended it again. Still came out too thick. I could feel the powder in my mouth. Not to mention water made it watery and not the usually milky smooth. My fault for keeping shopping at smoothie King, not only this location. ALL OF THEM.

Rude staff. The young female cashier mumbled and when we asked her to repeat herself she rolled her eyes. She was reluctant to answer a simple question and just stared at us like we were inconveniencing her. We got 2 of the same smoothie but one had protein. When we asked the other young female employee which one had protein we got another eye rolls and attitude and she just pointed at one. They hate their job and hate every customer that comes in. If I lived in the area I would never return until I know the employees were customer service trained and not allowed to behave like a-holes. Smoothies weee really good which is why I gave 2 stars. Kudos the the smoothie maker.

The place smelled horrible. The employees were completely clueless when trying to order. Waited forever to get my order just to find out it wasn’t even right. Ended up just walking out.
