Just ordered a $15 smoothie that tastes like water and is not smooth. Full of ice chunks. This location is consistently the WORST. Please don't have your rookies make my smoothies anymore.

I consistently receive sub-par service whenever I visit this location. This is disappointing as it is in the closest proximity to my home. The multiple times I have visited the staff is aloof and does not provide adequate customer service to the customer inside of the store. This location also does not accept online orders which is frustrating for those trying to expedite their ordering process.

I used to coming here until very recently. My açai is always very runny and they never give me enough of it for me to be paying $12 for my bowl. I feel like I should have more than Enough açai. Every time I leave this drive-through, I am never settled and it always takes a long time to just get my order. This will be my last time coming through this Smoothie King.

Ordered 2 Angel Food smoothies with added protein and no turbinado. $18 for 20 oz. Tastes like blended strawberries and ice. No sugar strawberries, no banana, and no protein. Unfortunately disappointing. Won’t be back.

Cute winter decor, the drive thru was busy, somebody picked up a pre-order and we ordered 7 smoothies/bowls and got them pretty quickly. The girls were multitasking and kept calm under pressure and the bathroom was clean too :)We always like Smoothie King and it was like others. Faster.

Had a random taste for a smoothie after picking my son up from school so we came to this Smoothie King location in the shopping plaza with Academy and Hobby Lobby. We went through the drive though and took a while to order since my son was choosing his own flavor very carefully lol but the cashier was patient and kind and didn't rush us or anything. Then once I received my smoothie it somehow dropped in my car immediately and the cup broke smh. Luckily enough for me the cashier was able to take my broken cup and give me a new one. Saved the day! Smoothies were good as expected. Now to return to get my $1 off from doing the survey on the recipient .

This location is just not good. I actually stopped going to smoothie king all together about 6 months ago bc of this store. The people working have no concept of time I guess except for when it's time to close...an hour early. Literally get to the speaker and before they even ask what we would like to order we get "it's gonna take 10 or more minutes to make your smoothies just to let you know"...it was evident they were annoyed we even said that was fine and continued to order anyways. There was not a soul in sight in the drive thru or inside sooo it shouldn't have taken "10 minutes or more" for 2 smoothies. When we get to the window, tried to pay cash. They said "we aren't accepting cash at this time" why?? Because they probably didn't want to have to count the cash drawer. Ridiculous! If your store is open until 9, that's the time it is open until, not 7:50. Do better!

Closes 20 minutes early every day. I get off work late and go straight to the store. 75% of the time they will ignore you at the drive thru or say they are closed early.

Like most of the negative comments, I’ve had to wait 20+ minutes in the drive thru, the young lady got frustrated with me because I couldn’t find the drink that she was referring to on the menu. She was not patient at all and the speaker is so loud I couldn’t understand. To top it off I see your Health grade is an 84 and the date on it is a year and a half ago. I can’t see why I would ever come back.

I ordered a smoothie and the young lady acted like she could not here me and asked me to repeat myself 3 times. The smoothie I got was lemon ginger spinach it was horrible! Watery and disgusting. I threw it out and I'm never going back to this one again.

Highly frustrated. Did not receive order due to incompetence. Me and my fiance place mobile orders to the same store. When arrived one order was ready and was told that the other order was placed at the wrong store. Showed employees through the app that both were placed to this location. Employees argued that it was not their store address. Tried to inform employees that this is the correct address and that the directions even take you to this location also we have order multiple times here. Whether or not it was if the wrong address how would one order be received and not the other if they were placed to the same location?Asked to have both refunded but was told refund could not be issued due to placing order on the app. Asked to speak with a manager and was told that there were not in. Asked how we could get our refund and was told that they didn't know.
