“This is the best Starbucks in all Kennesaw!!!! By far!!!! I drive all the way to this location because their drinks taste way better than the other Starbucks in Kennesaw. I don’t know what they are doing to keep their ingredients and the taste so fresh but it’s always like my first sip. I’ll keep making the drive because they know what they are doing !! ?“

“Food and atmosphere are good similar to other Starbucks but the thing that stands out is the level of personalized customer service from an associate named Gabrielle .. she goes out of her way to remember her regulars along with what they normally get, has a very friendly personality and positive perspective on life and shares that fantastic smile with every customer that she comes into contact with, and is very knowledgeable about every combination of drinks offered by SBX .. Leadership should recognize the value that she brings to every store that she's worked at relative to customers and associates for several years“
“I had a very pleasant experience here. I confess I don't go to Starbucks very often. So when I came in, I wasn't sure of my options, where things were, etc. Ash, the worker, was patient and explained everything to me. She nailed my Grilled cheese perfect, and was patient as I fumbled about with my gift card. It's a compact space inside. There is considerably more seating outside. It's under a roof (the Starbucks is the corner venue in a long strip mall).I enjoyed my visit here. Kudos to them.“
“This is by far our favorite Starbucks location. The staff is always friendly especially Lion, he's a real sweetie. They always make the drinks delicious and we love their buttered croissantsParking: Spaces next to the building are often blocked by ppl in the drive-thru which makes it harder to get out“
“Service by cashier working on 8/6/23 around 8:15 am was exceptional. I didn’t happen to catch her name.In general, I like this location. My only complaint is that the drinks are not always consistent, sometimes the cups are 3/4 full, sometimes they’re a bit diluted. But 90% of the time I’m happy with my order.“
“Had my 2 kids in the car and per usual I forgot cash to tip the sweet barista. Chloe with the rainbow hair, was super friendly and we chatted while I sat at the window. Chloe is by far the friendliest barista I’ve had in a while. Next time cash!“
“Located inside of the Kennesaw State University Social Science building approximately diagonal to the West Deck. Takes Starbucks member cards (Including refill benefits for Starbuck members) as well as dining dollars. Plethora of seating options for large groups to 1 person seating including outdoor seating. Has regular Starbuck menu options and staff is very friendly. No music playing and often has students studying or relaxing. There is free KSUGuest Wifi and not Google Starbucks Wifi. For Pokémon Go players: Has two/three pokéstops in close proximity and a 1 gym that frequently changes.“
“I must give the employees at this location who was working at 3:15pm today Dec 6th a huge pat on the back. A mentally unstable man came in and was loud, disruptive, aggressive body language and clearly having a mental episode. The staff asked him to leave, he did not, they called the police. Before the police could arrive two of the employees came from around the counter and stood side by side in front of him asking him to please leave now. The man got with in about 1 inch of the male employee face in a threatening manner and continued rude aggressive language. The employee stood firm with out flinching and again demanding he leave. The man finally backed down and left. Lots of compliments to the staff for standing firm, professional and brave. My hats off to both employees especially the male employee (sorry I don’t know their names). They handled themselves very well in a potentially unsafe situation.“
“I normally go to another location down the road but Ive been here before a couple times. I got my birthday drink from here a couple days ago and the girls working the drive through made me feel so special and had incredible customer service. Everything was perfect.“
