Never gonna come back. Very bad customer service especially that young man having anger issue . I used to come a lot because of that old man he is good but today I got the veggie one I got confusion on veggie patty and the veggie delight I thought veggie delights it comes with patty I don’t know that it doesnot come with patty and I asked him for that he just start shouting that you should tell me this before and then he asked me to tost it again I said okay after that he again start shouting I don’t know what his problem he just keep yelling . He start yelling at his worker too.. Never gonna come back because of that man . Thankyou for that lady completing my order.

Definitely will not be returning to this Subway. I will try to upload a picture which will speak much louder than any written comment I could make here.This was an online order made in order to take advantage of a BOGO deal, which is the only good thing I can say about this order...at least I got the 2nd sandwich free.Ordered two grilled chicken footlongs with condiments and toppings. As soon as I took hold of the bag and felt how cold these sandwiches were I was disappointed. The chicken was supposed to be heated but completely cold. And btw, what happened to the chicken here? It's disgusting... looked like it was out of a can. When I opened up the sandwiches I was shocked to see the way this was thrown together. Barely any of the condiments and toppings on one and a ridiculous mess on the other. Just a complete cold sloppy mess we ended up tossing out.

Older guy with glasses working there has Serious anger issue. He was so pissed making my sandwich he looked like he was about to punch a hole in the wall. Appeared to be on steroids or at least TRT. If you hate your job so much quit! If you're the owner sell it ! Don't keep working there if you can't even pretend to be cordial...

The manager is an awful person. I went in the other day with a coupon. The fine print showed it was expired by a couple of days. I understood and politely declined to purchase since I was counting on that price for my food. When I politely let the cashier know I couldn't continue with the transaction she was disappointed (we both were) it was a 7 dollar difference I just couldn't do at that time. The manager saw this and told me not to come back in front of other customers in the store. It was a very embarrassing situation that I hope no one ever has to go through ever again by that awful manager. I was polite about it didn't raise my voice or make a scene but he sure did. I live in the area and have been coming into that store for over 15 years. This manager hasn't been there very long and with that kind of attitude just telling customers not to come back without really knowing what might've been the issue that I was going through will probably not be there very long anyway. Shame on him!

Went in this evening 5/10 to get 2 subs neither were made very well. But my main issue is the attitude of the young lady making our sandwiches. I get its an hour before yall close but the rudeness was not appreciated at all. I asked for extra cheese and she rudely said thats extra( yes im aware it is) i didnt appreciate the attitude that kept coming from here while making the sandwiches and she was also hurrying us out shed ask us a question and my boyfriend had to think for a second what he wanted then she'd rudely ask again less than a second later is that all. Most likely wont be back to this store, only reason i even left a tip was because of the other employee working.

Walked in and was not greeted or talked to, employee was in the lobby on a laptop with headphones in. Guy looked up at us didn't say anything sighed walked behind the counter still didn't say anything to us. Continued talking on his phone walked over to put gloves on and still didn't acknowledge us. Would not come back here poor service.

I’m so disgusted the guy whom made my sandwich wiped his nose in the middle of making our sandwiches then continued didn’t change his gloves or nothing mean while he looks sick also he didn’t cut nor wrap our sandwiches correctly so there’s a chance our sandwiches will slide out nd hit the floor once I grab it out smh I was so disgusted and disappointed! My husband had to go to a different subway cause I refused to eat tht sandwich smh ? the evening crew needs to tighten up nd take a food handling class cause I couldn’t believe my ears or eyes when my husband called and told me what he had did smh
