Months ago, Subway rolled out a change to their computer system which resulted in a few sandwiches losing their footlong listings for some reason. This was documented by employees on Reddit and other websites, and they shared that the solution was extremely simple -- go into the system, Menu Manager Software, and re-enable those footlong sandwiches in the POS for them to again become available for order.This seems like a very simple fix, especially since the 6-inch options for those sandwiches are still available (so obviously the ingredients also exist), but for whatever reason the people I have spoken to at this store about getting these sandwiches available for online ordering again have reacted with derision and sometimes outright hostility.In the months since this went down, I have played phone tag trying to catch the store manager to let her know about this, yet it seems that she does not want to talk on the phone. Twice I managed to catch women who claimed to be the manager (two different women, so either someone is lying or there were two store managers within one month), one a very young girl who immediately told me to "cope" like she was talking to her kid, and both said that I could just order two 6-inches of the grilled chicken sandwich if I really wanted a footlong.After this much time has passed and so much difficulty handling such a simple thing, I don't know if it's truly a software issue or if it is an intentional decision on the part of management, either to increase profits on certain sandwiches (two 6-inch cost more to order than one footlong), or because their pride was wounded by someone trying to help them out and now they have decided to double-down to assert their perceived authority.Either way, this store has become a complete circus since the relatively decent experiences we had with our many orders last year. Maybe it's new management running the ship poorly, maybe it's always been awful and we were simply fortunate enough to never run afoul of the team until now. Regardless, we won't be back, and I suggest anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free experience look elsewhere -- there are MANY options in the same area.

Online orders are a hassle. They say ready for pickup, go to the store & they either haven’t started or in the process of starting to make the sandwiches. Happened on multiple occasions. Sandwiches are usually made poorly, wayyy to much mayo/mustard or not enough, toppings are usual minimal even with adding “extra”. They never listen to special instructions. Way overpriced now. Even with a bogo I won’t order there any more.

Female manager dark hair/glasses always has a bad attitude. I order the same thing all the time she always forgets to add the extra cheese to my sandwich. When you remind her she rolls here eyes. She looks like she Hates her job! Never have I seen her smile or thank you for coming!

What a wonderful experience! Our large group arrived first thing in the morning right when they opened and MICHELLE WAS AMAZING, she was friendly and helpful as we all placed our different and difficult orders. She made us feel well taken care of and valued. We are glad we stopped at this location before our long road trip and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for pleasant and courteous service.

I still sat down to eat (after watching this fiasco unfold ) the manager was quick and efficient although his employee talked so bad about him for no apparent reason to me . he literally from what he told me just got there AFTER renovations . I think that his employees need to be put in check I stood there for 10 minutes listening to this one young lady yap her mouth about what he doesn’t know how to do yet he surpassed her by TAKING my order(after he was done in the kitchen) I then , (might I say after The gentleman made my order faster than she could talk.) sat down and saw basically his employee really has some really low down hatred towards him I could never understand why he never stood up for himself to the nonsense! He needs to get it together or he will be her dogfood I really feel bad for him due to his staff I seen the past two months I’ve been there but with the right PEOPLE I think this store will be ok with the new leadership . The Food was sub par I’d go again as long as he makes it.

This place was disgusting and not clean we walked in and walked right out the workers were just sitting around and when my aunt showed them how the the food was not edible and it was so dirty that food did not look edible at all he gave my elderly aunt and attitude so we just left someone needs to come check on this restaurant food should be covered and it should look sanitary for human consumption

I ordered curbside, where they bring it out to you, and I sat there waiting for 30 minutes and I called the store twice and nobody answered so I finally went inside and the employee was on her phone and didn’t even look up from her phone when I walked in, my order was sitting on the shelf and my drink was melted and food was cold, it clearly said curbside on the bag as well and she did not even speak to me and walked away when I tried talking to her just to ask why.

Always takes forever even if there is no line. The sandwiches aren't even that great,you should not have to wait 25 minutes and there is only 2 people in form of you.

We walked in half an hour before closing and the man came out wearing both AirPods and said “we can’t make anything for you” and continued to just close the store with us waiting and leaving.Update- as soon as we left he turned off all the lights and told the man after us the same thing and locked the door after him; at 9:40 20 minutes before closing
