Subway used to be one of my favourite FF sandwich shops, but no more. Not only did the prices go up-like everywhere else-but the mgr. is rude.

If'n you want a good sammich, they will fix you up real good at Subway. Their veggie delight is very tasty, and my favorite!Vegetarian options: The veggie delight on what is D-licious!

The usual Subway establishment. I was told that the bathroom wasn't working upon entering the restaurant and stating that I needed to use the restroom before ordering. I'm not sure if the young lady was thinking that I wasn't going to order and just wanted to use their facilities or what. I left the restaurant in search of a restroom at Marshalls, instead. I wound up shopping and came back within half an hour or so. The same young lady looked shocked that I came back to order. I have my doubts about the restroom being out of order. If it is ..they need to fix it. No place of business that sells food should not have a working bathroom for it's customers!

On 8/19/23 …While the worker was making my sandwich, a fly landed on my bread and when I told her about it, she looked at me with a dumb look on her face like it wasn’t a problem. She did make me a new one but she whispered something to her coworker probably talking smack. That fly absolutely took advantage of all of the open meats. I will never eat here?

This store took my money and my food. The website auto changed my address to the store location. So when the delivery person picked the food up they delivered it back to the store. Common sense would have told someone to call me the customer. Smfh. Then they have no help on the site nor do they have a working number to contact if the customer have issues. I dont understand how you're a business with no contact number or way to reach customer service. This is horrible for business. I'm extremely upset that I spent my money and dont have my food or my money. I just want a refund at this point.

Do not go to this subway unless you are ready to eat in the heat as this owner will not run the air conditioning. Also do not purchase any subs for tennis matches because they do not have codominant packages.

I went in to buy 2 sandwiches and was told they were out of bacon. I asked how would that reduce my sandwiches cost due to this location not having bacon? Deni and Dathney both told me my sandwiches would still be full priced. As Dathney was making my sandwich after my question once i selected a different sandwich both ladies became rude and unwelcoming. This was by far the worst subway experience I've ever had. They left ingredients off of my sandwich that i had to point out before getting to the toppings section. I absolutely will never visit this location again....the service here has always been subpar...but today....absolutely not. Deni and Dathney are hands down 2 of the worst service employees I've met in awhile. I asked for the corporate number she told me to look it up. I asked for the district manager contact and she told me she didn't have it. Really? Ok...so now I'm reaching out to corporate to resolve this issue

I'm giving this place 1 start because the girl working was on her phone the whole time while making Customers orders moving slow touching her hair Touching her phone and then put her hands right back in the food.

this girl put my cheese and slice of bacon in the microwave to cook instead of the oven so it was like hard as a rock. I added bacon to my sandwich and gave me one slice when normally it's two (not that big of a deal) the girl barely put anything on my sandwich. not impressed by service. I cannot believe this cost me 10$ one of the worse sandwiches I've ever had will not be going back to this location.

I was at this location this past Friday afternoon. When coming in to place my order I wanted at the counter for 5 min before being helped. A young female employee thought it was more productive talking to a male friend then helping me. Once I ordered. My toppings were placed on my sandwich and was advised only mayo packets were available to put on my sandwich. I asked her to just squeeze on on. She huffed and said well ok customers usually do it themselves. Just real attitude! After finishing my order I sat down at a table only to see her again go back and sit at a table to converse with the male again. She left another female young employee to do all the work. Just poor customer service!

I have been going here for awhile and normally do not have any issues. Since they've change management it started lacking but today was it for me. Everytime they cut my bread they were destroying the bread itself. Like what is a torn sandwich going to hold, it's going to hold nothing and be messy. I asked the young lady if she can change my bread, I honestly just thought the bread was the problem until the second time they cut the bread and it was torn again. It's a shame I had to point out the obvious. I just ended up leaving and told them nicely nevermind and no thanks.
