Sushiology is really good. This is our go-to spot. Their rolls are delicious, as is their udon dish, pew pew cauliflower and chicken, their fried rice and their ginger dressing salad. Akabeko roll is so good! They all are. Highly recommend. Their mule is a nice flavored cocktail with an interesting take on the original. Sometimes service is, meh, but usually it's very good. Best Sushi restaurant in the area! Adorable and more designer roll options gives you the ability to enjoy a wide range of flavors with your budget. Been back a few times and the experience has been amazing every time.
