I tried Wing Zone for the first and last time tonight (ordered through Uber Eats). I had bone-in hot wings and my husband had barbecue boneless wings. My wings were soggy and tasteless and came with only half of a small container of equally tasteless ranch. The Hidden Valley in my fridge is better than whatever ranch this place serves. The boneless wings were nice and crispy, but bland. The only tasty thing in our whole order were the potato wedges. I’ll give them that, but overall we were disappointed with our overpriced, soggy, bland wings.

I ordered through Uber eats. My delivery person informed me that they found my food outside on a bench (the restaurant had closed). When I received my order the bag was not sealed and the food was cold. The chicken was hard as a rock, cold, and tasted gross. The lemon pepper seasoning was pure salt. I won't be eating here again. It was disappointing to say the least.

The employee couldn't figure out how to run my card, I had to do it for him, then they asked me to sign my receipt, when I asked for mine he said that I don't get one. They told us 20 minutes. We waited in the car for an hour, they were supposed to call us so we could come in and pick it up. On our third check in our food was sitting on the counter.

My family and I ordered the Mega meal. half lemon pepper half barbecue. and the lemon pepper was terrible. the seasoning was taking over the chicken. there was so much left at the bottom of the container that it was impossible to eat. In the mega meal we were supposed to get a desert, fires and 25 wings. we only received the wings and a small portion of fries, no deserts at all. Customer service was also bad as well.

I was having a good experience at first but when I got my food the boneless wings weren't tossed in the sauce it was easy to tell because there was no sauce one the bottom side of the chicken. I asked the man why they weren't tossed he said they were but there's no way. On top of that I only got about seven fries.

Wanna talk about one of the most god awful stores in Kennesaw to order from that's literally filled with idiots who don't take their jobs seriously enough? Wing Zone Kennesaw! A laughing joke to their own brand. I've got countless phone calls where we needed to call up to report an order and dealt with a blazed high idiot screaming at us we were in the wrong for needing something fixed, threatening us, and then threatening the police.
We wanted to try something new on the menu and ordered in . Unfortunately the thigh wings that we got probably went bad over the past few days and were not quality checked prior to cooking... I so regret biting into the 3 pieces that I sampled because I can still smell and recall the bad taste in my mouth.
