Terrible Customer Service. 6 people standing around 2 on the cooking side. Not only was no one helping the 10 people upfront they were looking up at the customers constantly. No gloves were being used or hair restraints and they were touching the food after touching their phone screens. Huge Health Code violation and food safety concern. Local health and state health department has been contacted as well as the certification center where their food safety certificates were given out from.Don’t come to this location. Hints why there are 2 stars on yelp and 3.3 stars and dropping weekly on google.

Ordered from them at 1PM and it arrived around 2PM. Took them 1 hour and I didn’t get half of my meal. I ordered 2 meals and they completely left out an entire meal. I never received my drinks or sauces.
I really love the size, breading, and flavor of the chicken tenders but the meat is just not good. Every time I order these tenders the chicken is so rubbery. Also when I went in person and asked for a water they charged me for a drink, no free water I guess.

I am a night shift nurse at Kennestone Hospital and I ordered wings from them last night and my wings were under cooked and loaded in so much butter the bag was leaking butter. I didn’t get my refund back and I have also been trying to contact them through phone all day but no one answers. I am beyond upset that their night shift workers sent me under cooked chicken.
