I became inflamed for 2 days, the gumThe Salad they sell..., the cashier doesn't wear gloves, 6 with her hands charging she hands you the glasses, without need all of them groped...handled...?And it shows that you complain to him and they lock his doors and you don't leave the candle.It didn't happen to me, but they used the same expression.

Went there to pick up for Uber was in the drive through before 11pm Friday by the time I got to the speaker a guy said we are closed Im sure this order was placed and made but they didn’t care. Went to pick a order up from the new Popeyes on Jiles after midnight and even though they were closed they still made the customer order and offered to cook fresh biscuits to fulfill the order. Their customer came first. Thats customer service! These people orders is why they have jobs. They will get it when these people stop spending their money and jobs get cut.

Went through the drive through cause I wanted one of the Zenzation salads. One of my favorites from Zaxby's. They had an attendant out in the drive through to help with the busy volume and it does flow rather quickly. Service is prompt and courteous with workers in clean uniforms. Parking lot was clean and free of debris, never known Zaxby's to be a dirty restaurant anywhere for that matter.Salad wasn't freshly made but that's ok at 8:30pm on a Thursday night. It was still good, lettuce was crisp and chicken was on point as usual. Thanks for making a grab and go salad easy.

Cautiously optimistic about the direction this location is headed. Just a few years ago, I hated this store with a passion. Management was either uncaring or absent entirely, and the store was typically staffed by a carousel of rotating college brat employees who were always passive-aggressive toward customers for daring to interrupt their socializing.I had heard that new management took over, but it wasn't until recently that I could convince myself to give the store another chance.Not bad at all! The visits we have made have all been very satisfactory, with friendly employees, fast service, accurate orders, and fresh food. If this trend holds steady, I'll up my rating to 5 stars no problem. Nothing at all to complain about, other than perhaps the prices being a bit high.And also the corporate decision to get rid of the cajun club, fried mushrooms, and onion rings. Absolute uncultured savages.

I ordered the kicken chicken meal right. I also ordered 2 kids chicken meals right. I get all the way home and I ended up having 2 grilled cheese kid meals and a 5 finger chicken plate. I called the zaxbys cause they literally got my whole order wrong besides the drinks. And when the assistant manager answered I’m trying to explain that my meal is completely wrong I can’t even hear the assistant manager cause employees in the back are yelling and partying like it’s a club so the assistant manager says “hang on one sec” puts me on hold or mute whatever then comes back it’s finally quiet in the back so she can hear me now. I tell her my order is completely wrong and she looks at it on her previous orders I’m guessing and tells me I ordered a 5 finger chicken plate and grilled cheese .. first of all I don’t EVER order that when I go to zaxbys I get the same meal for me and my kids every time I go there and she just continues to say or think that I’m wrong! Literally so crazy and whoever was taking my order had to of been high or something cause I had to repeat my order 5 times and he even repeated it so I don’t see how they still got it all wrong! Just terrible will not be coming to this zaxbys again! And the grilled cheese didn’t even have cheese on it! Who orders a grilled cheese from Zaxby’s that’s gross.

The workers always get the order wrong. Wait times are insane there have been times i have waited 40 minutes just for a wings and things plate. They always leave the sauces out of the box and dont give them to you. Its run by 90% college kids who laugh at the customers and dashers having to wait and they absolutely do not care about their job at all. I will never come here again. This is the single worst zaxbys in the entire kennesaw area. As someone who used to be a manager of a restaurant i would fire every last one of them and hire a new more competent staff who actually cared about the customer and about their jobs. We were literally given 1 single sauce packet when we ordered and paid for 6
